First time writing a review on this trip. I don't think this hotel deserves this Booking rating. I wanted to give 7 because of all the negative points but they just lost 1 extra point when they wanted to check the studio before I left. This is the first time this has happened in my travels. Especially since we hadn't done the inventory of fixtures at the entrance 😉 Basically, it's ok but you can find so many better options in Danang for this price (which was more expensive than Booking than on Agoda , too bad for you). First of all, it's far from everything. Literally since the building is a building with nothing around it, not even a restaurant. I would say the major negative point is the staff and unfortunately that plays a big part in the experience. And then it’s the concept of the hotel industry. Even though they facilitated an early check in at first, then they were just non-existent during my stay, just calling me for check out to remind me that I had to be out by noon. And like I said, they almost ran to check out the studio before I left. Otherwise, they just spent their time on their phones at the reception. At one point, I asked if someone could lend me a little rain cape. Answer: no, we don’t have any. Hop end of lease. Only the ladies of the room were pleasant despite the language barrier. Among the other negative points: poor soundproofing (I could hear the neighbors downstairs laughing very loudly after midnight) and absence of a drying rack for drying laundry (as I write to you it is starting to smell damp in my bag , failed operation). I regret having taken two nights there. I therefore do not recommend and will not return either. I mentioned it to the staff when leaving but they could have known before if they had bothered to do their job.
