The room was neat and tidy and the mattress was so comfortable. Love the room environment so much that the light was warm and the air con was well functioned. Apart from that, the breakfast included in our booking was of various choices. Love the food quality, especially the eggs. Most importantly, the staff there was so warm and friendly. Their service was very satisfactory, in particular they offered taxi service for us to travel to another hotel. All in all, good price, nice service and good environment. Highly recommended.

The hotel is really nice, all the facilites are top tier, the rooftop is nice (didn’t try the swimming pool tho) but what makes the difference is the staff! They are so genuine and helpful! They do everything to help you to have the best stay ! I was there just for 1 night (which is a shame) but if I come back to Danang I will definitely come back to Sofiana my Khe hotel ! Also they offered me a free feet massage which was incredible and super relaxing !!

The hotel is close to the beach (4-5 minutes walk). The hotel is very clean, the maids clean the room every day, the time is chosen so as not to disturb the guests. The breakfast is more Asian, but we always found something to eat, we were not hungry. Special thanks to the staff - very attentive and kind. They help in solving emerging issues and problems. This is not the first hotel in Da Nang where I stayed, but this is the best. Price and quality correspond to each other.

We stayed at Sofiana My Khe Hotel & Spa for 4 nights, requested for birthday decoration,we were surprised that they have prepared cake and decorated bedroom. Staffs are so friendly and helpful. Bedrooms are big and clean, location very near to My Khe Beach.

I booked a room with breakfast for 4 nights after watching a video by a YouTuber.
The room I was given after checking in was spacious, but the air conditioner was not working properly and was making a roaring noise, so I was changed to another room with a bathtub.
The safe had a complicated pin code setting, and even though I am an experienced traveler, I had a hard time with it, so I ended up calling a hotel staff member to set it for me.
Also, when I took a shower in the bathtub, the bathroom, sink, and toilet were flooded.
The next day, I explained the situation and changed rooms again, but this time the refrigerator did not cool at all, so even though they replaced it with another refrigerator, the replacement did not cool at all.
I bought cold drinks at a nearby convenience store each time.
On weekends, the music from the rooftop pool bar blares until around 10 p.m., so if you are bothered by it, I recommend going out.
The breakfast changes slightly every day, but the contents are almost the same and get boring.
Other than that, the hotel staff are friendly and in a good mood, but next time I will look for another hotel.
