The accommodation was spacious and clean, the hot water came out well, the water pressure was strong, and our requests were well communicated. The pool water was cold, but the kids had fun playing in it, and they prepared warm water in the bathtub in advance, so we went right in and had fun without catching a cold! All the staff were kind and even helped me feel better ㅜㅜ I'm so grateful to the female staff member wearing glasses at the reception💕 It's a shame I didn't see her name.. They had so much fun riding the buggy that they rode it on the way out and back, and rode it again at the hotel.. They really rode the buggy without any worries. I think it would be nice to come with other families next time😍

The hotel is very clean, there is a car to pick you up and drop you off, so you don't have to walk to the reception by yourself. The staff has a very good attitude and provides attentive service. The location is also very suitable, right in the city center and close to everything.

Really good place for relaxation. The house is great and the pool a true bonus. Breakfast can be a bit busy but if you plan correctly not an issue. I would definitely go back to

Overall, everything was good.
The facilities were clean and the service was good.
The location is in the downtown area of Mike, so moving and delivery didn't take long.
I also enjoyed the private pool.
The only regret is that the complex is large, so it's a bit inconvenient to move around by buggy every time, and the breakfast was a bit simple because Lemon Terrace wasn't operating.
