Huge suite room. Very spacious. Bath, shower, bedroom, lounge. Dated but ok. One of the ac needed maintenance. Shower hot cold adjustment also needed fixing.
Staff all very nice especially reception.
And now the bad....
Pool.
Crazy chemical balance, which varies and can sting, especially if you have sunburn or cuts etc.
The edge of the pool is covered in dirt from years of people's hands. Needs a big clean. Plants drop into the pool every few seconds so a losing battle on cleaning.
Breakfast
Zero ac. Out in the heat.
Spread of average food with an egg station.
Coffee is always cold. Many guests asking for their cup to be put in the microwave.
Even at the cheapish price not worth it for the deal breaker coffee.
Hostel.
If you're a hostel user it's awesome. If you're on a family vacation in an upscale room you won't enjoy young backpacker types sharing the facilities.
Location
20 mins walk to the beach is extremely optimistic and in the baking heat it ain't gonna happen. There is a nice mall not far away tho.

Location: City center, convenient for getting around everywhere.
Facilities: Has a pool and a gym, a big plus for those who like to exercise.

This hostel is inside a hostel. So you get a bit of the amenities of a hostel, like the pool. But during the 7 nights I was there, only once I noticed they trully cleaned the rooms. There was a lot of hair in the female dorm floor, and for days the same hair was there. You only have aircom in the room, and the bathroom is used by 6 or 8 hostel rooms. Many times the trash was overflowing, or there was a lot of hair in the shower. There's no mirror in the room, so you have to do your makeup and dry your hair while sweating in the summer. The pool was very accid, and me and a chinese girl got alergic reactions after swimming in it.

The hotel is relatively new, and the environment is truly amazing, completely like a resort. That one swimming pool alone makes it worth the price. I only took one picture of the pool. But the rooms are also very good, and the hygiene is excellent. The best part is that this hostel offers laundry facilities! You can dry your clothes in the backyard. Great value for money.
