I was booked 10 rooms on April 26th to 29th also booked a banquet hall for my haldi ceremony. The service of hotel horrible room condition is pathetic . Hotel Manager Ms . Swapna she is very rude and unprofessional. She doesn't know how to behave with guest . If you explain any issues with her she will first argue with high label but she's not providing any suggestions..... overall have very bad experience

Starting with basic amenities, the taps were not working so no water. Only one tap was working. Multiple places in the room were had water leaking marks. Adding on to this, the receptionist was pretty hostile to the point of making us unsafe. The receptionist’s name was z afar whom i would like to specifically call out.

The price of the room is too high as per the condition of the room. The lock of the room was not working properly. The food was good but one of their **** staff was talking very arrogantly on the phone. For which i have to leave the room one day before. I was booked for 2days but stayed only one day

awesome experience. their food & location is awesome. view from room is very good. but they need to work on their AC. it takes almost 1.5 hours to cool.

The Blue Lagoon contrary to it’s reputation for the food served there, was disappointing when it comes to their rooms. Dampened walls, AC that leaks on, right above the beds’ headrest, closets full of insects, no basic toiletries in the bathroom, a bathroom door that doesn’t fully close, smelly towels, stained bed sheets to name a few. While the food was a saving grace, the basics of this hotel seem to be out of place. It is not expected to have five star amenities but simple improvements will restore it’s declining popularity.
