Though this hotel is beautiful after an extensive remodel and is located in a great part of town, I will never stay here again! The employees and guests constantly slam the doors shut after leaving a room. They did not install self closing hardware. The building has tile floors and stone walls which amplify every sound including employees loud conversations. There is no A/C and the rooms are stuffy because the only window faces out into the common area so noise is an issue. At the least, install ceiling fans so the windows don’t have to remain open for “fresh” air. Terrible experience.

Great location with walking distance to everything
Great location with walking distance to everything. Large room with all you need. Good ambience with the colonian style. Very friendly and helpful staff. On the negative side: very very cold in the room at night in July despite maxing the heating. Bring your pajamas.

Stayed in Central Cuzco
Nice hotel centrally located close to points of interest.
Good breakfast also.

excelente hotel para vacaciones.
Un hotel muy acogedor, limpio y perfecto para pasar unas vacaciones en Cusco, queda a 4 cuadras del centro, lo que hace que estés lo suficientemente cerca, pero lo suficientemente lejos para descansar y no escuchar ruidos de la calle.
Nos atendieron muy bien desde la llegada y debido a los tours que salimos muy temprano (4:00 a.m.) nos dejaban una breakfast box para no salir con hambre.
Como hacíamos caminatas y nuestros tennis llegaban muy sucios, tienen unas toallas negras especiales para poderlos limpiar un poco. Me encantó este detalle.
El único "pero" es que el wifi no llegaba muy bien a la habitación pero no fue necesario, queriamos desconectarnos. De resto, perfecto.
Muy recomendado.

2 Nächte waren wir auf unserer Südamerikatour in diesem Hotel. Unser kleines, sauberes Zimmer lag mit dem Fenster zum Innenbereich des Hotels, sodass der Geräuschpegel einigermaßen erträglich war. Die Lage macht das Hotel interessant, weil man in kurzer Zeit mitten in Cusco ist. Das Frühstück war ausreichend, Eierspeisen wie Omelett oder Rührei wurden auf Wunsch frisch zubereitet.

I had a terrible experience at this hotel. It was impossible to get much sleep due to poor soundproofing. You hear people talking in the lounge area, in the dining room, walking up and down the stairs (no lifts) and the bathroom pipes are noisy too. I did change rooms, but the noise issues remained. Most of the rooms have no windows to the outside and no windows that open. If you want to be exhausted on your holiday, stay at this hotel. There are definitely much quieter hotels in Cusco. The staff were friendly apart from the woman at the front desk who was highly disrespectful and scornful. The food was very good.
