We stayed in a family room with our family of four. It was a few minutes walk from Plaza de Armas, and although the way back was uphill, it was within walking distance and easy to walk unless you were very tired, so it was very good. The location was on a very quiet street, so there wasn't much traffic and the noise was not a big deal. Amenities included shampoo, conditioner, body wash, a hair dryer, several types of tea, and an electric kettle. The building was a renovated old building, so the ceiling was very high and open, and there was plenty of space even when we spread out our luggage. The staff were very kind, and although breakfast usually starts at 7am, they were happy to prepare breakfast for us when we told them we would be going out a little earlier to join a tour. Security was also reassuring, as the door had to be unlocked every time we entered or left the hotel. There were a few types of water and carbonated drinks available for purchase at the front desk.

Malgré un départ précipité suite à un changement de programme, pas de remboursement pour la 7ème nuit. - Apparemment 1 seule chambre est accueillante. - Douches chaudes 1 fois sur 3 - Petit-déjeuner frugal - Côte raide pour arriver à l’hôtel - Pas de bouteilles d’eau dans les chambres - Note sur booking surévaluée et injustifiée (sans doute les clients ne veulent pas pénaliser les hôtesses très sympathiques)

A nice hotel in Cusco, where you can see relics left by the previous owner of this place, where it was previously an old house, making it look like a beautiful museum. The bed that I had in the room was large and super comfortable. The bathroom is quite modern, with good water pressure. The people who provide the service are very friendly and warm, always on call. Quite complete and rich breakfast. Greetings from Argentina!

Excellent place, from the rooms to the different spaces and also excellent quality of service. Very good service, the treatment of the staff feels very warm and homely. The place is very clean.
