Fui muito mal recepcionada , o atendente muito grosseiro, fiz a reserva para cama de casal e disponibilizaram cama de solteiro, e simplesmente o atendente da recepção, mandou eu ir reclamar porque ele não iria fazer nada, inclusive falou bastante coisas desfavorecendo o site de reserva e disse que o problema era meu com o site. Atende muito grosseiro e sem o mínimo de empatia. Cama desconfortável , chuveiro apesar de ser a gás, não esquentava de jeito nenhum , água fria, não tem secador de cabelo no quarto, tem que pedir emprestado na recepção.
