Reservei massagem para o dia do meu casamento no spa do hotel, foi a pior experiência da vida. Infraestrutura horrível, sem isolamento acústico, profissionais despreparadas. Não recomendo, o que era para ser um momento relaxante foi mais estressante e custou caro!

Fiquei na suíte presidencial com minha esposa e simplesmente não tenho o que dizer tudo maravilhoso. cama, quarto, sala, banheira, banheiro, a estrutura do hotel, café da manhã! atendimento simplesmente. Nossa suíte foi cedida pelos gerentes Isabela Mayer e Thiago Leonardi simplesmente maravilhosos, além do atendimento da recepção e suporte de Ana Messias, Ana Luiza, Guilherme, Fernanda, Alexandra, Lucas, Arantes, Cíntia, Alex. Além do kit que toda a recepção preparou para nós uma atensão especial para Ana Messias que preparou o quarto para nossa chegada. Na minha opinião o melhor hotel de Curitiba Obrigado a todos Por me proporcionar um dos melhores dias da minha vida

Hotel muito limpo. Quartos amplos, modernos e agradáveis! Café da manhã muito bom com diversas opções! Staff muito gentil e prestativo. Restaurante bom! O hotel encontra-se localizado em em bairro excelente com inumeras opções de restaurantes. É Próximo a shoppings.

Tivemos uma excelente experiência no Qoya. O hotel é super bem localizado e o serviço ótimo. Tem uma cadeia muito boa e piscina coberta, que estava em manutenção na nossa estada. Os apartamentos estão novos, são confortáveis e com amenities de qualidade. Excelente nota também no quesito limpeza. Bom café da manhã. Pretendo voltar.

The lobby is nice the rooms are ok. We stayed at the quya in São Paulo and it was awesome. This was less than awesome. The location is ok. The staff were ok the bed was comfortable and it is quiet. While staying there was all ok what was surprising was how bad the breakfast was. It was like they thought they only had 10 guests. All food was gone. They said we are out and it’s 9 am. Very disappointing. My recommendation would be to bring the management team from São Paulo to fix this. It could be great but ok seems to be the standard

Tive uma excelente estadia no hotel, com notório atendimento da gentil e cuidadosa recepcionista Fernanda Arantes que me ajudou durante toda a minha estadia tornando a experiência impecável. A mesma me ajudou com as malas, translado com táxi e até dicas de cafeterias locais, sendo uma incrível guia da cidade também!

Os diferenciais do hotel decepcionaram. Piscina com água turva/esverdeada, toalhas de banho com forte odor e resíduos de produtos de limpeza (mesmo apoio pedido de troca). O barulho de manutenção durante a estadia, vindo aparentemente de andares superiores, atrapalhou bastante a permanência na acomodação. Não tinha reabastecimento de água disponível para consumo na academia. O café da manhã manteve o mesmo padrão.
