I don't usually write reviews, But the Fairfield Inn and Suites in Cumming, Ga really exceeded my expectations, and is exactly what you pray a hotel will be. They are very friendly from start to finish. The rooms are an unexpected joyful and uplifting color of orange. Artistic yet still sophisticated. Most rooms these days are a sterile shade of grey. And the standout in their great breakfast is the freshly cut fruit every morning. Sweet and delicious, with nothing sprayed on it. Huge blueberries, watermelon, cantaloupe, apples and bananas. It all tastes organic!!! Thank you from the Torontali's

Nice hotel, breakfast good, beds nice and rooms clean. Great place except I booked the king suite thinking the bed room was separate. Per their room details if calls out a privacy wall. Well there is no wall. It's a little arch way type wall. No separation from the living room. So just fyi on this point.

Very nice hotel in a well established area with shopping and an abundance of eateries. Staff was very accommodating. Maria at the breakfast bar kept it stocked and clean like it was her own deli. By far one of the best complimentary breakfast bars I’ve seen. Hotel is not new and not old. Could use a few updates like getting rid of the carpets in the rooms, that’s where they lost a star with me. Carpets make the room look dark, small and smell musty like my room did. I had to take request an air freshener. I would stay here again. Thank you!

Comfortable bed. Very clean. Friendly staff. Convenient to good restaurants and plenty of fast food options. This an excellent place for a short stay. If we are in the area we will stay here again. Also offers free breakfast and has a small pool.

This is a great hotel! Very clean and quiet. Jess at night was so nice and helpful! Michelle at front desk in daytime was very nice also. Breakfast was great,lots of choices. This hotel is close to a great shopping area and lots of restaurants.

Stayed one night while traveling for work. Lobby was as expected. Rooms were a tad below expectation. This is an older Fairfield Inn. I would necessarily try to pick this hotel again when I come back into town unless I can’t find better. The room appeared clean. The carpet could be replaced (they really should just remove carpeting), the bathroom was a little dark and definitely needs more lighting. Shower worked fine. Bed was not as comfortable as I would like. It almost felt like springs were broken. I slept sideways on the bed to make it more comfortable. I did wake a little stuffy from the dust (probably held in the carpet). Front desk staff was nice. Hotel is in an area close to shopping and food. If you just want a clean bed and shower this will meet that. If you want something a little newer and modern this is not it.

There was no makeup mirror in the room. That’s just a basic. I had used the app to ask for certain things in the room. I came in and none of those things were there. The front desk was super nice and brought them after arriving. Breakfast ended at 9. I didn’t look, so this one is on me. My biggest complaint is that mirror. Does Bonvoy hate people who wear makeup? I can’t see anything without my glasses, and I can’t wear glasses and put on my eye makeup at the same time. When I went to the front desk in the morning the woman did everything she could to avoid me. So I can only imagine how bad my makeup is right now. 😂
