Je commence par le positif.. chambre spacieuse et propre... attention aucune climatisation...literie très bonne..après aucun parking prévu.. hôtel fermé deux jours semaine..ce qui veut dire que vous y êtes ..vous payez..reception limitee..sans les commodités.. déjeuner à 20 francs suisses dans une brasserie à 100 m de là.. désolé..si je vais à l'hôtel c'est pas pour commencer à aller prendre mon petit déjeuner au bistrot du coin et pour payer votre note finale.. idem..vous devez aller au bistrot du coin. Après un road-trip en Suisse de cinq jours... nous avons terminé sur une note négative. Seul point positif..un bon petit restaurant Grec juste en face avec du personnel avenant qui sait profiter des jours de fermeture de son collègue d'en face.

Stayed here a number of times before and as ever the hotel delivers. It typifies what you should expert from a small Swiss hotel in a delightful village. The bedroom was well proportioned and spacious. Service was excellent, the place as clean as a whistle. And the restaurant served a good evening dinner and breakfast. Perfect

We have booked all the rooms in the hotel which are magnificent. However, the welcome was disappointing, even unfriendly, no attention in the bride and groom's room. Lunch was really ordinary. As a mother of the bride, I do not recommend this hotel.

It has been weeks since we left the exquisite Auberge Du Raisin, and I still think about our magical visit, wishing I were still there. Our large, beautiful room and bathroom were so comfortable and well-appointed. The amount of space we had is unusual in Europe. The housekeepers kept everything so clean and the hotel itself is decorated beautifully. What really made our experience stand out was the incredible help of Ilenia during our week-long stay. Whatever we needed, she was there to help us. Nothing was too much to ask and she was always warm, caring, and generous. We also appreciated Jean-Luis, the restaurant manager, who was also so kind, generous and helpful towards us. We grew to love both of these special people who helped to make our stay so meaningful. The town of Cully is a feast for the eyes, with some great restaurants and lovely places to explore. The hotel is very close to the train so you can visit a nearby city if you have the urge. If you rent a car, know that there is a charge to park during the day (not at night) and finding parking can be a challenge. This is not just Cully but also other places we visited in Switzerland. Finally, if you are arriving at the hotel on a Sunday or Monday, make sure you ask beforehand where you will need to check in, as the hotel is closed on those days. We made some friends in Lausanne, who invited us to stay at their home in the future. I thanked them but said we will ONLY stay at Auberge Du Raisin. That's our home.

Divine! Loved our huge top floor suite under the rafters. Clean and romantic looking out the window over the rooftops of the village. We were in room #36 Syrah. Warm welcome. Internet connections were extremely unreliable and sweet receptionists were constantly assisting us. There is no designated parking for the hotel so you may need to get creative. We did not eat in the Auberge restaurant so can’t comment on that, but do encourage you to book dinner reservations wherever you choose as the restaurants we visited were very full. The hotel is within easy walking distance of any place in the village. Train station took us for a day trip to Lausanne. We also hiked to the neighboring wine village of Epesses. A fantastic stay on the lake!

Best Hotel Restaurant in Cully, Grand Lausanne, Vaud State in Switzerland. Big Comfortable room, Leman Lake Front, Best View of Valais and French Alps. One of the very best restaurants in Switzerland. You can enjoy the quiet weekend with the fresh air and the beautiful people.

It is on the occasion of the festivities extended over 3 days (yes yes... (;o)) that we will have the privilege of spending the second night of our wedding in a huge suite upstairs. The bedding is very comfortable and the more than spacious bathroom offers you the bath variant in an old free-standing bathtub or the shower cabin option for quick refreshments during this scorching period. The furnishings are from another time and border on the rococo style, allowing you to spend the most pleasant moments in the soothing atmosphere of this centuries-old building. The place is absolutely peaceful and everything is provided for you to have an excellent stay.

It was for a wedding that we packed our bags in this very cozy hotel. We had the attic suite, a huge room with a ceiling height of at least 4 meters, exposed beams and in the style of the building of the time. This changes from current modern hotels and gives a very pleasant atmosphere. We were supposed to stay there for one night but the party was so beautiful and long that we extended it all weekend. We warmly thank the owner for his hospitality, his availability and his attentiveness as well as for having reserved a room for us at the last minute to extend our stay. A little friendly nod also for the late evening invitation to “La Buvette” where we had a great time chatting. If you have to choose a place for your next stay, do not hesitate to choose this establishment (or Le Major Davel = same owner) which is located by the lake and in a charming little town.
