Hampton Inn Cullman

First time at this Hampton Inn, we will stay there on our trips from now on. Very clean, very friendly and helpful staff.

We usually stay at Hamptons, but this place was very run down. Chipped doors, large rust stains around toilet, mold spots in bathtub, sticky carpeting, had to turn heat on as building was so cold staff were wearing jackets. We had to turn heat off as smokey smell came out of unit. Plusses were front desk and breakfast staff.

Amazing service, great price, very accommodating! They had a roll away bed waiting in our room for us when we got in at 1am tracking between Destin, FL and St. Louis, MO. The rooms were clean, up to date and had a great free breakfast! Perfect for our family of 5 needs.

The beds were a little grimey feeling. When we woke up the next morning, everything was soaking wet? Tables, socks, AirPods, the carpeted floors and more. Not sure why everything was wet, but it was.other than those 2 things, everything was fine.

This is a very nice hotel, and there are lots of restaurants within walking distance. The hotel was clean. Our room was comfortable. The mini refrigerator was in great working order. The outdoor pool wasn't open. The breakfast was okay. This was a clean and comfortable stop-off point on our trip to Florida.

Stopped here for the night as it's just off of I65 and the rate was good. It was clean and comfortable as one would expect from this chain. Noticed a few restaurants right outside and an easy walk. Nothing really stood out one way or the other, so a good stay and would stay again.

Room not as advertised. King bed (2 people) but there was no side or lounge chair as shown in the photos. There was a large empty space with a floor lamp, obviously designed for a chair, but no chair. I was told by the person at the front desk "sorry but we don't offer that any more. I know it seems weird but the rolling chair at the desk is the chair for the room." When I persisted she " found" an armless rolling desk chair for us to use as second chair. Otherwise the place is very rundown. This was a warm day in May but the pool was shut down and covered. Great location for a nice Hampton but this is not up to the Hilton standard.

Great front desk service! The manager was exceptional So welcoming! Always friendly no matter what we asked for-even free popcorn great location if you want to walk for food and it was one of the better Hampton Inn's we stopped at felt safe walking around clean and kept up

This was our fifth time staying at the Hampton Inn in Cullman on our way to Florida. We like the location, being able to easily walk to several restaurants. Check in went smoothly. Room was clean and everything was in working order. We always stay on the fourth floor, very quiet. The problem was the breakfast. There was a small sign on the front desk stating that there would be no hot items for breakfast. The check in person did not mention it. Upon returning from dinner, I inquired at the desk. She said there would be cereal and waffles. No oatmeal, but instant grit packets would be available. Odd, I thought, there was more given out during the height of COVID. Upon arriving for breakfast the only cereal was fruit loops, no oatmeal, no waffles. There was white bread for toast and bagels. I expect more from a Hampton Inn. If you’re not serving breakfast, let me know when I make the reservation. There are other choices in the area.
