We arrived at 12 p.m., the valet said the car was all strapped, which was false but put it strapped on the whole ticket, then better we park it, without shock. We were at Anticavilla for four wonderful days. The hotel is in a beautiful area in Cuernavaca. It's in walking distance to a few restaurants [although none as good as Verdesalva] and banks. But you may never want to leave. Anticavilla is a thoughtfully renovated old hacienda, which still has those touches of antiquity. The rooms are individually designed by artists, and are most striking. We stayed in Clemente - which also had a large outdoor space. We were welcomed with a delicious basil lemonade, and escorted to our amazing room. Extremely comfy bed, luxurious shower, robes and slippers, and a mini bar with complementary soda and Perrier. The art that covered an entire wall was spectacular. As was the view of the mountains from the patio. The grounds were also gorgeous. A large lawn, and a beautiful pool area. The pool was surrounded by comfy lounges and lush greenery. Perfect water temperature - and waiters who came by making sure that every need was attended to. We also had great massages in the spa. We had the one hour Lomi Lomi massage.. The attached restaurant had the best food that we ate in Cuernavaca. Italian with a Mexican touch. Delicious and well prepared. Finally, a word about the staff at Anticavilla. To a person they were friendly, helpful, and just a pleasure to interact with. Beautiful people in a beautiful setting. If you are coming to Cuernavaca - or just looking for a great place to relax - look no further and book this place. We cannot recommend it enought.

Muy buena experiencia, desde el momento en que nos recibieron el personal para el check in bastante bien muy atentos mi habitación tardo un poco pero nos permitieron estar en el área de restaurante y alberca mientras nos daban nuestra habitación muy buen servicio por cierto. En restaurante nos pedimos unos snacks mientras era el tiempo de espera deliciosos por cierto. Las habitaciones muy bien, limpias y confortables, cerca del centro todo excelente. Definitivamente volvemos.
