Hotel staff were amazing. Very helpful. From the front desk to the restaurant staff! All lovely!
The hotel itself is a gem! Small, quiet, beautiful. The rooms were very clean, the bed was heaven! We had complimentary breakfast and it was delicious. The restaurant is a rooftop with a gorgeous view!!!
The hotel is walkable to all the touristic areas. It is not in the middle of the crowded areas which I appreciated very much.
The only thing to keep in mind is that they have no parking insite. But this is not uncommon in the downtown area. There is a parking site at walking minutes and the hotel staff helps with the luggage there. Not a deal breaker at all.
I would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful hotel. Everyone was so friendly and accommodating. The food in the rooftop restaurant was excellent. I highly recommend this hotel.

Lo mejor es el personal de la recepción y cafetería. No lo recomiendo porque está en una calle peatonal y el garage público que ofrecen es pago aparte, el parqueadero es incómodo, descubierto y mal tenido. El hotel es en una fábrica antigua con lo cual es muy difícil adaptarlo para hotel. Los cuartos no tienen ventanas que den aire natural. La insonorización tampoco funciona, se supone que es 5 estrellas pero la verdad es que es 4, los cuartos son bonitos pero pequeñitos. No repetiría y no lo recomiendo tampoco.

The Hotel ambiance is really Beautiful, the location is very convenient, you are close to the main sites of Cuenca, all of them walking distance. The staff are very nice, courteous and kind. Recommended to anyone wishing a great place to stay in Cuenca.

Wonderful hotel
The hotel was wonderful. It has an old-world charm but with the features of a modern hotel. The rooftop restaurant had amazing views and unbelievable food. I enjoyed every aspect of the hotel except that they did not have parking on-site.

Pésima ubicación
La ubicación es pésima porq no se puede llegar en el auto, hay que subir caminando y no hay donde estacionar. Después cuando llegamos no nos abrían la puerta tuvimos que esperar mucho tiempo para que nos abran!
