HORRIBLE EXPERIENCIA. Hice una reserva con semanas de anticipacion pues aproveche una promocion en el precio. Llego y me dicen que el precio no era correcto y ademas que no me podian dar alojamineto porque todo estaba ocupado. Me dejaron en la calle solo porque el precio no les convenia y al ser semana santa no quiisieron aceptar mi reserva cuando yo ya habia pagado a Trip por ella. El colmo fue que se negaban a devolverme mi dinero diciendo que ellos tampoco habian recibido el pago, cuando los pagos los hace Trip o ******* hasta que la estadia sea realizada. Tuve que llamar a la policia. CINICOS, INFORMALES y DESHONESTOS.

You can walk a bit to Pumapungo Museum and the historic center. Staff wss nice. The room was OK .

Quando chegamos o local ainda estava desprovido de placa de identificação e ficamos um pouco perdidos por causa disso, mas brevemente um funcionário veio falar conosco e nos confirmou que era ali o local e já nos indicou onde poderíamos estacionar.
Pontos positivos: ótima localização, dá para visitar o centro histórico a pé, perto de mercados, restaurantes, bares, quarto e banheiro de bom tamanho, confortável, chuveiro delicioso, café da manhã simples mas gostoso e com tudo que eu costumo comer (frutas, pães, ovos, queijo, iogurte e variações de café).
Pontos negativos: se seu quarto estiver virado para a rua, pode ser bem barulhento. A Calle Larga tem muitos bares, restaurantes que estavam bem animados nas noites de sexta e sábado. O nosso estava virado para o lado de dentro então ouvíamos somente o barulho dos hóspedes e funcionários.
O estacionamento é incluído somente das 18h às 8h, demais horários são cobrados a parte (eles possuem convênio com o estacionamento). Na minha opinião esta informação deveria estar no anúncio.
O sinal wifi da TV era bem instável e travava bastante.

Very friendly and nice staff. I don’t speak good Spanish and the staff spoke no English (except the owner). So the staff was most kind and willing to communicate via translation app. I enjoyed my stay.

A DISGUSTING EXPERIENCE! I made a reservation in advance for a promotion, but when we arrived they told us that the price I paid was much lower and also that they couldn't give me accommodation because everything was occupied. THEY LEFT ME ON THE STREET only because the price was not suit them and since it was Easter weekend they did not want to accept my reservation when I had already paid at *******. Besides that they refused to give my money back, saying that they had not received the payment either, when payments are made by ******* until the stay is completed. Since it was a reservation that could not be cancelled, ******* was not going to return my money either. I had to call the police!!. They are CYNIC, INFORMAL and DISHONEST.
