Absolutely awful experience. The toilet was filled with vomit and blocked. The hotel had no rooms available to move me to . Had to come downstairs in the middle of the night to use the staff toilet in reception area twice in the middle of the night. Left early morning without taking a shower . Unacceptable that the toilet hadn’t been cleaned out all day when I checked in after 8pm. Basic room and hotel.

Very close to the station / sainsburys / office area / box Park. Does the job as a convenient place to stay, clean rooms quite small but no complaints. Also easy connection to London Bridge ~20 min on train. Thank you.

The room is not user friendly, too small and the toilet is too old. After the shower you cannot go back to use toilet again. Because the toilet has no shower curtain and wet.
No daily cleaning and change towel unless you pay the extra fee.

An absolute disaster. They put us right next to a room that was under renovation. Drilling started right next door at 8 AM, without any prior notice or even the decency to move us to a different floor. Paying money and not even being able to rest is unacceptable. Renovations should either be done when the hotel is closed or guests should be informed so they can decide. Furthermore, they don't clean the rooms during your stay. We had to ask for three consecutive days for them to please clean the room and change the towels. And to top it all off, we had to walk up 5 flights of stairs on four separate occasions due to the construction. I do want to emphasize that the staff were very kind and friendly; the complaint is against the hotel's management and operations.
