We can't praise the host, Matt, enough. He was so helpful and we thoroughly enjoyed our 2 night stay. The restaurant he recommended was really fun and great food. The room was huge and the bed very comfortable. Great en-suite with shower. Breakfast very relaxed with help yourself buffet style. The location was good with a short walk to shops, cafes, parks etc

Excellent B&B in a beautiful home. Our bedroom was very clean, spacious and comfortable. Great quiet location with excellent public transport. The room was serviced each day & Matt was on hand with helpful and useful travel advice and printed details. Thank you from Mandy and Mike.

The hosts couldn’t have been more helpful. The room was spacious and had everything I needed. I had a really good night’s sleep. The bathroom was huge. At breakfast there was a good choice. It is somewhere I would definitely be more than happy to stay again.

Matt and Bev have given careful thought to what an international or local visitor needs so they feel at home and can get on with whatever they have planned to do in the area. The rooms are large, airy and very comfortable and there are plenty of electric sockets, including international adaptors. There are ample drawers and cupboards so you can put your things away and don’t feel cluttered. The bathrooms are modern and recently refurbished.

Matt and Bev are the perfect hosts and their home is beautiful. My room was spacious and modernized but still retained an old world charm. Breakfast was delicious and well organized and there was good information provided on transport and the surrounding area.

I stayed at Croham Park for 12 days. The rooms are spacious, comfy and spotlessly clean - combining Edwardian style and charm with modern amenities. The shower was fabulous! A good range of cooked breakfast choices, A quiet, leafy location, close to public transport, with easy access to the center of Croydon and central London. Matt & Bev are fantastic hosts: welcoming, knowledgeable (about everything!), kind, thoughtful. I'm very particular about accommodations and I could not have chosen better!

We had a wonderful experience staying at this fabulous B&B. The location is in a quiet, great area outside of busy London, with tram and train service very conveniently located. The owners, Matt and Bev, were exceptional hosts in every regard. The rooms are spacious, clean, comfortable, and anything and everything you could possibly want or need is provided. Breakfast each morning was terrific and made to order from a variety of choices. We will definitely stay again if traveling in the area in the future.
