Crown King Cabins Bradshaw

Loved the eclectic use of antiques and old mining equipment throughout the garden areas. So much going on in the garden areas, lots of little places to hang out with a giant swing, a tree house, bathtub water fountain, plenty of places to explore! There were some things in the room that were older, but everything was very clean! It's an hour down a dirt road, so I'm sure getting replacement refrigerators etc. isn't easy! I love that they respectfully use everything they have and keep it clean!

It was beautiful there, we were upgraded to the Birds Nest room and it was nice with a great little balcony over looking the creek. negative things were the frig was not working ( freezer worked just not the frig part) and there was no hot water in little kitchen and bathroom sink. ( *we never let the staff know, we were just there a couple of days, I’m sure they would have addressed the issues right away had we told them) Bed was a little broke down, you tended to fall into the middle, all in all it was quiet and we enjoyed ourselves, we would definately go back, just know there is a 27mile drive up the mountain on a dirt road.

This property was BEAUTIFUL. Our host was so sweet, this was an amazing get away. The hour drive on the dirt road was fun.

A friendly and unique place to stay

My husband and I have stayed in three different cabins on three different occasions. Out of all the lodging available in Crown King, we always stay at these clean, comfortable, cozy cabins! Taryn's attention to detail and fun whimsical property decorations along with its super location on the creek make it one of my favorite mountain getaways in Arizona!

Recently attended a wedding at this "establishment", and I can not emphasize enough how crazy Taryn is. Do not ever book through her. This unhinged woman advertises $550 a night for a 6 bedroom cabin. She then price gouged wedding guests $1300 a night. They also tried to charge $185 per person. What do you get for this amount of money, you ask? You get strangers quadruple booked into your cabin. Cameras inside violating privacy. Brown water that they said is just "Philadelphia water". Only 4 bunk beds in each room. That 6 bedroom went to 4 rooms, with families we didn't know. No heat, and only one space heater. They advertise WiFi in their book but tell you in person there isn't any. Not allowed to build a fire either, despite no heat in the middle of December with below freezing temps. They demand you tip house keeping, but after YOU take out the trash, and wash the laundry, and do the dishes. When we brought this to taryns attention, she went ballistic. She should've been arrested for disorderly conduct. Her coworker said she has ptsd and that's just how she treats people. My special needs daughter is still distraught and crying because of her. She scared my children. This crazy woman breached every agreement, and will lie to you. No phone signal at this location, one tv for 6 rooms, no heat, and a mentally I'll woman who screams at guests in front of their children. Do not ever do business with these price gouging thieves. Look at other reviews and you'll see how unstable she is, changes rules last minute, extra fees not in writing. She should be committed and get the help she desperately needs. Below, you will see how they advertise WiFi in the book, but upon arrival you see a picture saying otherwise. Update! Look at how the witch replies to guests! Someone someday could be hurt by this woman.
