Central Park Apartments

This apartment is so clean and comfy, with a great kitchenette available. Also, nice outdoor dining table with excellent Mountainview. The good location to reach supermarket about 5 mins drive.

During a recent South Island road trip, we stayed for four nights at the Central Park Motel, adjacent to the Highland Park race track. We had initially only booked for three nights, but liked it so much we added another night onto our visit. I rang and made the booking a couple of days before we wanted to stay. The young lady on the phone (Laurie) was very friendly and helpful. We chose a studio unit on the ground floor. We arrived around 3.45pm and Laurie showed us to our unit, # 14B. It was very well appointed, with a hob for cooking and a microwave. A very nice touch was two spare toilet rolls in the drawer of the vanity unit. It was quite big as studios go and we were very pleased with it. We found the king sized bed very comfortable, and it was a very good shower and heating. There was a couch in the lounge part which was nice, and a dining table and chairs in the kitchen part. There was a table and chairs outside on a little patio by the main ranch slider door. Given the cold weather we didn’t use it, but it would be nice in warmer weather to sit outside looking at the courtyard. The unit was spotlessly clean and very well appointed. We’d highly recommend this motel, and intend to stay again on our next South Island trip, this time we’ll book in for a week as Cromwell is so central (plus the Museum and café at the race track are well worth a visit – see separate reviews).

Good communications throughout the booking process. Friendly people at reception. It is well priced, considering it's immaculate, well-appointed, and comfortable accommodation. Great views. Would recommend. Make sure you also go visit "loo with a view" at Highland Park!

Not that central to Downtown Cromwell,but only minutes away from most attractions & shops. Clean,quiet, and very cosy, a room to suit most needs.Easy access and excellent service,petrolheads ,this is your place to stay.

First class accommodation in relatively new apartments, everything one needs provided. Uncover parking, Cromwell close too several Central Otago towns and facilities. Reception personnel were very friendly.

Upon our arrival we were greeted by very friendly and helpful staff. Our room was very tidy, well equipped, modern and warm. We faced out to a large shared garden space which had BBQ facilities. The complex was very quiet. We will stay here again next time we are in Cromwell.

they were so friendly and the view is absolutely incredible, very accommodating and homey, they turn the heat on for you and give you everything you could need. am going to stay here often and bring people with me to see the incredible view

A fantastic option for accomodation! Super clean and comfortable with everything you’ll need. Doug and Marg are fantastic hosts and really go out of their way to make sure you have a great stay and we’re really helpful in recommending local attractions/activities and places to dine. The grounds are kept impeccably tidy and the peace and quiet was great. We cannot recommend this place highly enough and will definitely be returning!
