The villas were clean with everything you needed. The location was great on top of a cliff with a walk down into Cromer. Not great with mobility issues but our 8 year old managed it with no problems. We tried the restaurant once and the food was good. We tried the children's entertainment one night and he was great. Our daughter really enjoyed that and swimming in the pool every morning. Overall a great location to visit a beautiful part of our country.

We booked quite last minute for an anniversary weekend away. We were very pleasantly surprised. It was a lovely hotel full of history, including some links to Churchill and a quirky 'medieval' bar. Wonderful location in quiet pretty Overstrand with a view from the gardens of the sea. Plenty of areas inside and out to relax. It was just a short walk around the corner to get to the beach (a steep but wide path down). We ate dinner and breakfast at the hotel and the meals were fine, although breakfast service was a bit slow. We ate breakfast at the popular cafe above the beach on the second day, which I'd also recommend. We'd definitely return to this hotel for another short break.
