This is the worst hotel experience I’ve had and the worst customer service I have ever received. The manager of this so called ‘friendly place to stay’ was rude, aggressive and utterly abusive when challenged on a lack of breakfast, which I will add, states clearly on the booking page is included, despite filling in a form on Christmas Eve to order breakfast on Boxing Day morning. There were several of us left waiting outside in the cold with no breakfast in sight, the poor cleaner dealt with us whilst the lazy manager took over 45 minutes to come to speak to us; but when he finally did arrive it wasn’t a case of speaking to us all to apologise it was more of being utterly aggressive and confrontational from the start, refusing to address the situation at hand, blaming everyone else but himself for an obvious lack of service and poor communication with other staff members to make sure they we all present to have in place the preordered breakfast service many of us booked for, were expecting and paid for. I am utterly appalled at the shocking attitude and childish ranting behaviour of the so called manager of the place, and it was totally unacceptable on any level. These people should not be allowed to continue to run this establishment otherwise they will drive it into the ground, we will never ever visit this place again to either stay or to buy a drink from here and have told others we know in the area to avoid the place like the plague. I advise anyone thinking about staying here to avoid at all costs, unless you like poor service and a ranting abusive, childish man who allegedly runs the place.
