The hotel was in a great spot to visit Keele umiversity and reasonably priced compared to other hotels in the area.
The room was clean, a good size and very quiet. A nice touch to have bottles of water provided in the fridge too!
Breakfast was cooked to order with a good choice of options every day. I would recommend this hotel to friends and definitely stay here again when visiting the area!

Probably the best budget hotel in the UK. Cosy, friendly, great food, good room, clean and tidy. And an excellent breakfast too! Thoroughly recommended. It's also handy for the M6, and Madeley is a nice friendly village, just down the road.

The first railway hotel constructed in the world, in 1830. The hotel today is still a little quirky but has all the modern amenities one could wish for. Great service from Alex and Jaime on reception.Top service from behind the bar by Sharne, Leah, Ashley and Lydia.

Good pub and hotel. We really enjoyed our stuff, it’s very good for the price. The owner was friendly and did a good breakfast! Parking was included with the stay. We didn’t eat for evening but the menu looked good. The room has everything it needed. If you are in the area I would recommend this for a nice homely stay.

My wife and I both enjoyed our stay at the Crewe Arms. Our room was clean and comfy , the staff were friendly helpful and friendly and we really enjoyed both dinner and breakfast at the hotel. Recommended.

From the moment I was greeted at the door by Miguel smile to breakfast served to order by Linda was excellent. The room is HUGE and clean and the bathroom had a shower and large bath. The restaurant food was big portions and cheap x The locals are very friendly and happy and willing to help. Staff are very helpful even when I forgot me toothpaste lol It's a pity I only stayed for 1 night 🌙
