We had booked the hotel since we were flying out of Gatwick early next day. The ongoing rail strikes was one of the primary reasons for the stay at Gatwick. The stay was worth every bit, right from the check in by the hotel manager Soumya Mukherjee to the staff at the restaurant - Brijesh, Ravi and the other girls who served us and ensured that we were well fed and all our special food needs were taken care of. The rooms were clean and provided comfortable and sound sleep. Will definitely stay again and recommend all others who have to fly out early from Gatwick to spend the night there. Getting to the hotel After some inconspicuous sign-posting and a short chat with a driver of a different hotel shuttle bus, I was able to make my way to the hotel from Gatwick. It was a short ride, and the shuttle takes card, so there's no need to try and scramble change together. The hotel The hotel is clean, the staff are friendly and the restaurant has decent meals. The room itself was nice and clean, and I got a great night sleep before my next flight. Getting to the airport The shuttle arrives right outside the hotel, and there are timetables at reception. The shuttle is available early to late and was on time.

The hotel is a little away from the airport. It can be reached directly by subway during the day. If you are playing, there is an appointment taxi at the exit of the airport, about 30 pounds to the hotel. The front desk service was very good and the room was clean. Next to the hotel is the subway station, walking 5-7min, transportation to London, easy to get to the airport, walking 5-7min, there are shopping malls, fast food, such as McDonald's. Forget to take pictures. Praise!

Stayed here for one night with 15 nights parking for our holiday to St Lucia. Upon arrival we were greeted warmly and check in was swift. We were on the 2nd floor. Room was clean and comfortable and bed was comfy, shower clean with lots of hot water. We took advantage of the taxi transfer to the airport. We did not have breakfast in the hotel so I can't comment on that. We did have drinks after arrival and a meal in the restaurant which was lovely and the staff were attentive and friendly. Overall a great night's sleep. Check out next morning was efficient, we were given a card with the number of the taxi company to ring on arrival. After the holiday we were picked up straight away and it was so easy, just had to pick car key up from reception and it was all very seamless and straightforward, and we were on our way in no time on our way home. I would stay here again if I ever fly from Gatwick again. Thanks to all the staff.
