Hampton Inn & Suites by Hilton Cranberry Pittsburgh

We usually stop over in Cranberry on our way up to Western NY from DC since it's at the intersection of the PA turnpike and I-79. This hotel is the best one in Cranberry so far. New, clean, friendly staff. Located up a hill from the main road and surrounded mostly by trees but in the middle of town and a very short drive to all the local businesses. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Great experience during my recent stay Hampton Inn & Suites. Clean rooms, TV with lots of channels including HBO, comfortable bed, mini fridge, iron and ironing board, lots of outlets including some USB ports, good water pressure and efficient room temperature control. Great complimentary breakfast including bagels, muffins, a waffle maker, cereals, juices, coffee, fruit and some hot options such as bacon, eggs and hash browns. Fitness Center adequate with enough machines and free weights for most crowds. No microwave in rooms. Adequate parking lot with lots of spaces available even later in the day. All staff were friendly and efficient.

Overall, had a good 3 night stay after a rough start. After unpacking and going out to dinner, returned to the room to discover when pulling down the bedcovers that the sheets had not been changed. The front desk acted quickly, apologizing and giving us a new room on the same floor. It was inconvenient having to repack and change rooms but all worked out. The next day we spoke with the head of housekeeping where it was discovered the room was cleaned as a stayover because the customer was supposed to stay over but left. The general manager also came to our room and apologized for the oversight and gave us a bag of snacks and water which was a nice gesture. The room was clean and well appointed. There is a hot breakfast which included eggs, meat, potatoes, oatmeal and waffles. They were out of waffle batter one morning. Cold cereal, yogurt and pastry items. Hoped for more fruit options other than apples. The hotel is close to a variety of restaurants and shopping options. This was our 2nd time at this hotel and would go there again.

When I arrived, nobody at Reception when I arrived. Had to call out after waiting a few minutes. Was not offered any water at check in as a Hilton Honors Member. Room floor was sticky both in the bedroom area and the bathroom. The floor had onion and stains all over.

We normally stay at other Hilton properties in this area. We were staying longer so I wanted to try out this hotel as it had a nice sized room and free breakfast (I was working remote while visiting family). The one morning, the cook didn’t show up, and Amber not only did the front desk but also made the breakfast and kept everything flowing. The most incredible part was her attitude. She was very positive and never looked stressed. Super professional and I was stunned that she wasn’t frantic. She was great! The front desk group - including the manager - went above and beyond. They were extremely happy and friendly. They helped us out on a few issues and didn’t make anything seem like a bother. We will definitely be staying here again due to the staff!

Was coming in to town for a TaeKwonDo tournament. It was myself, my husband, and two children. Found this hotel with a pool and a reasonable price, so I booked it. The first thing that stood out was that this hotel was very clean and nicely decorated. Even the bathrooms had a modern wallpaper design. The rooms are nicely decorated and a good size. I did not notice even as much as a hair left from the previous guest. Everything was immaculately clean, including common areas such as elevators and pool area. It is also in a nice location, which makes it easy to find whatever you need within a short distance. The pool was one of our main reasons for choosing this hotel. We occasionally stay in hotels just to swim, but this was one of the best we had been to. The pool area was clean and stocked with towels. The best part is that this pool was actually warm enough to enjoy. A lot of times hotel pools are just too cold for me, but this one was perfect. Another advantage of this hotel was the free breakfast. I was a little disappointed in the lack of breakfast meats, but there were plenty of other options to choose from. The breakfast area was clean and well stocked. There was always an employee present to keep an eye on things. I definitely recommend this hotel to anybody staying in the area. You will not be disappointed in this stay!

Overall, it was a nice stay. Staff was great, breakfast was great. Nice little amenities such as makeup wipes and hand wipes. Bed slept pretty comfortable. Bathroom could have been cleaner, some mildew in the shower and floor corners a little dirty.

I recently attended a reunion in PA,which required a one night hotel stay. I have to rate this hotel a 10 on cleanlines, accomadations, and friendliness of all staff. I highly reccommend it. It is a great value.

This was a great location! The place was very clean and the staff was very helpful. A delicious complimentary breakfast. We had a noise issue but the manager was very nice and helpful. I loved that our room was very big and comfy.
