I have never stayed at a Best Western 'Plus' until this weekend. The quality of the facility and the service was what I have experienced at the highest priced hotels, but, the price was amazingly far less and very fair! I would recommend Best Western Plus to everyone and I will be looking for more of these as I go about my travels!!!

Clean rooms, clean hotel. Nice staff, good breakfast, family friendly. I would stay there again for sure. The staff could have been a little more courteous but they were ok. The swimming pool was nice and the hotel was quiet. They have many options for breakfast and the whole family enjoyed our stay!

This best Western hotel in cranberry Pennsylvania is my favorite hotel that we’ve stayed. It is extremely clean, the people are extremely nice and helpful. The breakfast is wonderful. You couldn’t ask for a nicer hotel for the price. The beds are comfortable, the rooms are spotless.

This was a very clean and comfortable room. We stayed in a king room. Having a comfortable chair to use besides sitting on the bed is always a plus! The glassed-in shower was beautiful and fully stocked with soap. We would highly recommend this hotel!

Rooms were very clean and well stocked. The beds were very comfy with lots of pillows. Room had a microwave, coffee pot and ironing board and iron. Bathroom was well stocked with towels and wash clothes. The hot buffet breakfast was very good. I would definitely book there again!

Our stay was exceptional. The breakfast buffet had more items and a larger variety of items than at any other hotel. The breakfast buffet was exceptional and the food was fresh. The hotel and rooms were exceptionally clean, comfortable and up to date.. I will definitely stay here again and will recommend this hotel to my friends.

Such a nice clean hotel. This was our second stay at this hotel and we loved the comfort of the room, friendly staff and great free breakfast. It is in the perfect location in Cranberry. I highly recommend this hotel. We will be defiantly stay here again on our next trip.

Pros: Very good room and amenities for the price point. Very quiet room. Quite comfortable and hotel felt safe. Well functioning elevators. Very clean, uncluttered lobby and hallways. Plenty of parking. Very personable staff. Cons: Contacted through internet, text and email nineteen times in seven days, mostly to book more nights for a promotion. Preregistration online required acceptance of more promotional offers in order to submit data to complete registration process. Expect improved room cleanliness for the price point. Bathroom was tiny.

The overall ambiance of the hotel was wonderful, with good services, amenities, and a convenient location, especially considering the price. The breakfast was enjoyable, though adding some halal options would make it even more appealing and attract a more diverse range of guests. Overall, the hotel is definitely worth staying at.
