Location was great! Quiet neighborhood, but within easy walking distance of all the action Coyaocan has to offer (street food, artisan markets, museums, etc.)

Un endroit charmant, une hôtesse disponible et avenante, une chambre et un lit confortables, un petit déjeuner très convenable el la possiblilité de cuisiner des repas. Es un hotel mini boutique que te hace sentir en casa en toda su expresión . Buen servicio, intalaciones y amenidades. Ubicado en el mejor lugar de Coyoacán. Es la tercera ocasión que me hospedó y voy a venir mucho más veces de ser posible. Siempre salgo bastante satisfecho.

Recomiendo mucho quedarse en el Chalet del Carmen Coyoacán, además de ser muy bonito la limpieza, la atención y el servicio son excelentes. Disfrutamos mucho nuestra estancia, las habitaciones estan en muy buenas condiciones y son amplias. Otra ventaja es que la ubicación es perfecta te puedes mover fácilmente caminando. El chalet está cerca del mercado de artesanías, museo de Frida Kahlo, teatros, restaurantes, el vivero de Coyoacán, entre muchas otras cosas.

This small guesthouse is perfect for the traveler who doesn't need constant service. The two of us stayed in the Carmen Room on the second floor, which has a large window facing the street. The room is mostly filled by the king bed and is five steps away from the shared kitchenette (microwave, toaster, sink, coffee). The room has a hot water kettle which I used for tea every day. There's a filtered water dispenser in the hallway which was super convenient. The house is walled off from the street like many of the houses in this area and is secured with a locked gate. It doesn't look like a hotel from the outside but inside it has two shady courtyards. On the other side of the street is a city bike rental station. Comfortable. Good Location. Stayed 2 nights. Staff very friendly and helpful. Coffee and bread with butter and jams available in little communal kitchen. Cute little front courtyard. Room with 2 beds also comfortable and quiet.

Charming small hotel well located in the Coyoacan district. Very well run by Margaret and her husband, the place is quiet, with a small kitchenette for customers. We highly recommend this hotel.

Everything feels solid and well-constructed with great attention to detail. Beds are comfortable with crisp snowy white sheets and duvet covers. We chose a suite and had plenty of storage and a very functional kitchen allowing us to take some meals in the room or courtyard. The hosts are very welcoming and available if you need them. They show that you don't need to compromise to live an eco-friendly lifestyle. Clever methods of passive lighting brighten the mood as well as the rooms. Heaters are present in the room, though we didn't need them during our stay. Like everything else, they are powered by electricity generated onsite from solar energy.
