This hotel was fairly new I think. Was clean, customer service was good. It was in a quiet location. In fact there was no sign up off the main road. Turn at the McDonalds. Breakfast lady was very welcoming. Typical HIE breakfast. Would definitely stay here again.

Overall the stay was ok. The alarm clock was across the room on the desk and displayed the wrong time. It was so complicated that it took a good deal of time to set the correct time and set an alarm. By the in room coffee maker, there were no coffee cups or creamer/sugar. (There are some of us who require coffee in order to make it to the coffee in the lobby). The tile floors could use a deeper cleaning. When some water splashed out of the tub and I used a towell to wipe it up, the towel became black. Room 125 had an exterior light outside and even with the blinds closed light up the room at night. Looking at other properties nearby, this looked to be the best.

Lovely hotel. Very clean and fresh. Our suite was huge and comfortable. Great sleep! Towels were thirsty and water hot with good pressure in shower. The hostess at breakfast was one of the nicest I have encountered and we travel a lot. The breakfast buffet was delicious with plenty to choose from. Our only snag was check in. The gentleman on duty must have been having a bad day because we did not receive a warm and welcoming greeting.

The rooms are beautiful. Very efficient use of space with specialized furniture.. Inside the door are two big hooks to hang coats, next to a big mirror and a little shelf to place your keys and phone. Shelf to place TWO large suitcases. Bathroom has a nightlight. Window has easy to use black out curtains. Very comfy bed with a selection of pillows. Lots of electrical outlets. Shower had excellent water pressure. Breakfast was quality - bacon! Fresh fruit! Just try not to let your door slam at 6 am because it shakes your neighbor's walls!

Customer service means a lot to me. They have not hired great customer serviced front desk employees. They don't do what they promise. I am in Holiday inn 3 nights a week, but I will go to Millington next time I'm in the area.
