Too costly old building no maintanance. No water kettle in room, no coffee powder, btea bag. More than 3000 rs per room. Its too costly for this room

Had a pleasant stay. The deluxe cottage is cosy enough for a couple. It’s 2. 5 kms away from kuttalam falls. Staff are helpful and courteous

Very clean and well maintained property. On the state highway and very accessible from major spots. Food quality was very good.

Overall rooms looks ok.. not an excellent.. We were expecting 1 Bedroom and hall as how we stayed at the same place on last time, but this time we got the room without hall. Seems room was available and we asked them to change the rooms as we expected, but they haven’t allowing us to change the room as online booking rooms automatically allocating the rooms in the online itself and they don’t have right to change that.. so finally we have adjusted in the same room to staying for 2 days as we already committed some works on the place. Another thing is they didn’t provide any towels, toothpaste and toothbrush 🪥.. we have requested them to provide, then they did it.. so this hotel is not sophisticated enough to stay there.. sometimes some people roaming around the rooms outside and seems they were watching what we were doing into the room.. so in the time my wife afraid to staying there.. Overall is ok is my feedback about this hotel stay.

I took a bedroom cottage and its not worth by paying. Rooms is not maintained properly. Furniture are old and dirty. Dirty bathrooms. Curtains are too old and dirty.
