Last minute hotel booking for a one night stay. Check in seamless and reception staff friendly and attentive. The room is large enough to spread out in with a large wrap around balcony. Standing shower bath and usual amenities provided. Where the hotel failed was breakfast. I came in around 830am to a minimally/unreplenished buffet. The breakfast staff looked uninterested and I just ate what scraps I could get. Whether you have 100 or 1 guest we should all be treated equally under you.

A very nice comfortable hotel in the strategic position. Rooms represent the "90s mountain chic" mood, excellent value for money. The very kind staff, very available for any need. Great cocktail for decent price. Pleasant stay in the mountains.

The staff is great and the main hotel is great, but they put us in an old 2nd building that was about 150 yards down the hill, and above the main highway (noisy because it was hot and we had too keep the window open with no fan available). It was the building that the help stays in. The hotel said it was the level room I booked, but the website made no distinction between the two buildings nor was there a picture of the old building. I would gladly have paid more for a room in the main hotel, but there was nothing available by the time we arrived.

An unpleasant stay all together. We were kept awake until nearly midnight on both nights by loud music coming from somewhere in the hotel. They need to decide whether they are a music venue or a hotel!! The room was unbearably hot with no way of cooling it down.

Stayed in the Annex building which is just a really worn down old hotel. Right niext to the gondola though so good place if you're skiing in the winter.

Great location - view of the mountains from the balcony was incredible. Heat of the room was reminiscent of Dante’s Inferno - no fans available at the front desk, just shrugs at A/C-addicted Americans. Comfortable bed, amazing pastry shop across the street.

Det var en bookning med kort v****l på grund af ændrede planer rundt om Mont Blanc. Hotellet lå godt i forhold til Mon Blanc-ruten.
Værelset var stort og godt, og udover vasken på badeværelset var der også en vask mere på værelset samt et køleskab, så vi kunne spise morgenmad på værelset, inden vi gik videre tidligt.
Både supermarked og restauranter lå tæt på.
Hotellet var ikke så moderne, men fint til vores behov, og badekarret var dejligt.
