Stayed here with colleagues for a business trip. Found the hotel had a lovely atmosphere, very warm and friendly. The dinner was lovely and we enjoyed a few pints in the bar that evening. Breakfast the next day was excellent too. Rooms very clean and comfortable. Would recommend.

Good sized room and friendly staff particularly the girl on reception. Stayed here for 4 nights while doing a motorcycle tour of Donegal. Room was ideal - and was great to have a bath along with a shower - so I could have a relaxing soak after being on the bike all day. Breakfast was good and great if say only staying 2 nights but more variety on the hot food would have been better for a 4 night stay. Food in the bar in the evening was pretty good too. Had taken my swim shorts - but didn't get round to using the pool/spa area.

Shame our room was right beside the kitchen vent and its extreemly noisy. Meant we had disrupted sleep, room was warm but because of the fan noise had to keep the window closed.Best get a room in the new block if possible. Staff was pleasant and the food was good, we were lucky that there was an Elvis show on and it was excellent.

Moment we entered the hotel we were met with a lovely warm, cosy atmosphere. The reception was so friendly even got room early which was great a wee half hr to chill begore wedding ceremony. The room was very clean, bathroom looked fresh and new. Wedding ceremony room was beautiful. The whole area for wedding is fabulous very spacious and elegant ✨️ The dinner was the best wedding dinner I ever had, the beef melted in your mouth. Dessert room was Like willy wonkas chocolate factory. Just delicious 😋 The whole stay was very pleasant the staff all so accommodating and friendly. The breakfast again just perfect. I love the whole vibe of this hotel. Would stay again.

Friendly hotel with great food and decor. The leisure cenytre has a clean pool with a life guard on duty. The changing rooms are clean and well asppointed. The rooms are spacious and clean. The views are amazing., The staff are friendly and helpful. The menu is extensive and the fod is delicious. The breakfast was fresh and plentiful - a great hotle to stay in

The worst hotel break iv ever had! Stayed in room 146 the smell from the hall in the way in was revolting but I overlooked that thinking it may be temporary , I was wrong😡 A ventilation system kept me and my wife up all night witch was out side the window contacted reception to see if they could resolve it or look into it , they agreed they would call and look but did nothing not even a check to see what was going on! A terrible experience for what was supposed to be a relaxing night away

Friendly and helpful staff. Spacious and clean room, ensuite bathroom was spotless. Lovely warm swimming pool with helpful life guard. Restaurant food and service were excellent. Breakfast was great. Nothing more needs to be said. !!!!

A lovely overnight stay, greeted warmly and professionally by reception, ensured I had everything I needed. Rooms are spacious and extremely clean with great views of the River Finn. Good atmosphere in the bar too ! Thoroughly enjoyed my first stay here.

What can I say?. This place was fantastic! Food was amazing, staff were so professional, helpful and a credit to owners and management. The place was so busy the evening I stayed and yet, the staff working were happy, polite and so efficient. Bed was so comfortable and attention to detail on cleanliness could not be faulted. Prices were so cheap and well worth the money. Am planning to go back soon. Amazing work carried out by everyone at Jackson's Hotel. Look forward to my next visit. Brian
