I booked my hotel room over two weeks ago through my business and was to be booked in a king Junior suite. I checked on online and it said my room would be ready, however, when I arrived, they said they had no rooms left. Never was I greeted as a Hilton Honors member. Apparently, it doesn’t matter here whether you’re a Hilton Diamond level member. I asked if they could give me any perks since my room was apparently given away, and the answer was no. Little do they know I’m in charge of recommending hotels for our statewide business for the next six months, and this will be going down on my “no” list.
