Average hotel, convient for the evening., Sedna far too expensive and busy for us now as retired people so we stay in cottonwoods and do day trips to busy Sedona. Actually ptrfer to be out of Sedona, much quieter and can relax in comfortable surrounding without the high cost of Sedona favioitues

We had one of the larger rooms. Plenty of space for a few days stay. Everything in good order. Nice breakfast, enjoyed the waffels. Impressed by the massive solar pannels over the parking area. I susspect that the less able would have no problems at this hotel.

I found the room, a pet-friendly, and clean. The desk agent was friendly and helpful. The location is right off the main drag with good choices for restaurants and lounges. The pool is inviting, clean, and available. The pet section in the back portion of the hotel, which is nice so there is no street noise.

Mattress on the soft side, which is how I prefer it. Towels were also soft. Great water pressure when using the shower. Staff professional and friendly. It's close to the Enterprise Rental Company. There is a little walk to the room from the parking lot.

The lady who checked us in was very efficient and very friendly. Actually, all of the staff members we interacted with were quite nice. Room was clean and everything worked. One very nice thing about this hotel is that they have covered parking. One not so nice thing is that their breakfast is rather sub-standard for a hotel of this price point. Extremely poor selection, and the hot food wasn't. Not bad enough to tell someone not to stay, but just be aware of this.

Horrible cleanliness, basic housekeeping (towels not changed out from previous guests) disappointing managements abilities to manage any issue brought to their attention on it. Blamed & charged for an issue found in room by us and brought to their attention immediately after. WOW... no good deed goes unpunished, I guess. Stayed there for State Parks business and got treated like teens who must have done it.

This is a good hotel, with good staff and a great location. They have private little "casitas" as well as regular rooms. A good free breakfast. A decent pool. A half hour drive from Sedona and Montezuma's Castle. Will be returning next month again.

Stayed in the king suite for two nights. Unit was in a nice quiet area at the rear of the hotel. Private outdoor patio. Friendly staff throughout the place. Levi in the breakfast are was a stand out and an asset to this motel. Not sure what he gets paid but give him a pay rise!

Room was dated but clean. Shower was hot and pretty hard. Breakfast was good. employees were friendly. The cool shaded lot and pool was nice. good value.
