Pool not heated so will be plenty of space if you like it cool from the end of October. Kids give up after about a minute before getting out. Inflatables allowed in the small kids pool with the slides. Inflatables not allowed in the larger pool. Food a little plain and repetitive, not much selection. If you like meat, pizza and burgers go elsewhere. If you like soggy pasta, cold chips, brussel sprouts, carrots, thin slices of pork and chicken then you will be okay. Fill up on ice cream and other desserts. Snack bar severs local beers and spirits . Food here is equally plain. selection of ham, cheese and sliced bread throughout the day. No hot food. Room is fine and clean. Water pressure and temp in shower was okay after it had run for 5mins Cool pool, simple food. Basic but not something I will hurry back to

Although the hotel was very clean and the rooms cleaned regularly the food choice was not good .no children's food .chips soggy and cold .no water stations.and no sangria included in all inclusive .the hotel is quite far out so taxi needed 5 euros each way .the pools were good except no inflatables in big pool .and the bar to far from amphitheatre also room 220a has a crap balcony no views and 6 foot walls around it .

Tengo aspectos positivos y negativos que comentar sobre el hotel. Lo Bueno: es un hotel muy bien cuidado y muy limpio. Todo el personal trata a los clientes con la máxima amabilidad. Muy atentos. En especial el equipo de animación con Deisel, Bogi, Vanessa, Pauline y Lucas. La comida estaba muy buena, y los cocineros reponían los platos enseguida. En ningún momento tuve que indicar que faltaba algo. Con esperar, en menos de 1 min estaba un plato relleno. Lo malo: a pesar de ser muy buena la comida, era poco variada. Puede que fuera por ser temporada baja, pero lo eché en falta. El régimen de TI me decepcionó bastante. No se incluía ningún tipo de cocktel sin alcohol (cuando sus ingredientes si lo estaban). Y el bar de los snack deja mucho que desear. Solo había galletas o para hacer sándwich. A partir de las 15.00 había un plato caliente, pero solo uno. Y toda la comida la retiraban 1 hora antes del cierre del bar: 18.00 horas.

Staff great, rooms kept clean & regularly looked after by cleaners during our stay. Hotel interior tired & needs updating External amenities improved, but money should have been spent on the bedrooms. Food never hot, chips always cold, too repetitive, needs better management. Will NOT be going back ☹️

Hotel was nice the room was nice with a.c staff was nice food was average the only bad is the bar is to far from the entertainment the town and beach is about 20 min walk taxi cost 3.50 € I would stay there again waterpark is 5€ in taxi I would not go back to the water park

AVOID this Awful hotel. GROSS FOOD. WAY Too many unnecessary rules. Lifeguard was rude Stole our sunbeds with our towels on after leaving them for 5 minutes to go for a cigarette in the smoking area. Staff are rude. Hotel is next to a half built abandoned building with homeless living in it.
