Paradisus by Meliá Salinas Lanzarote – All Inclusive – Adults Only

The hotel is perfect and lovely for a adults only quiet holiday ,the staff are very friendly and professional, especially Raquel and Jeanine .The only one area that could be improved is accessibility to all floors of the hotel ,you see the lift wasn’t suitable for the mobility scooter we hired for the holiday ,but the staff on reception always prepared the scooter at the bottom of the lift ready for my wife when she came downstairs .Other than that all was perfect and the rest of the hotel is accessible .The food and drink are lovely and the all inclusive is worth it ,the room we had for the week was beautiful with a great view of the sea .

Superb hotel with very friendly and accommodating staff. Food & drink are all first class, speciality restaurants are superb. Rooms lovely and bright & airy with the comfiest beds/pillows we have had in a hotel. One thing that Melia do which we don’t like is offer you to upgrade to the Reserve level which is at a chunky extra charge and if you have already booked a five star hotel the one would think the standard would be of high quality! They also do this in their Tenerife hotel which can give an air of superiority from some guests!

So left freezing England for much warmer Lanzarote. The check in experience at the Paradisius was outstanding. We did pay extra for the reserve and very much appears worth it but the entire hotel is lovely. Chandni gave us a hotel tour and looked after everything which was much appreciated. Still the 1st day , looking forward to lots more fun ahead. Jc

We have again enjoyed our visit. Third time! This time we were in the Reserve as a treat from our son. Not so sure I would do it again. Breakfast was so slow! But Jonathan in the bar is great. Rebecca is always so good and works hard in her role. All in all we had a great time but I will list the negatives, no moans just observations. Too many smoking areas by the pool….and some smoke on the sun beds. Not 😌 good. Mobile phone music! Really!! Please control. Samaria ok. Not great Italian good but two years on maybe a change in menu would be good. La Graciosa. Really good. Main buffet. Acceptable but so many choices yet difficult to put together a substantial plate if you have any allergies we don’t ,but met others who found selection difficult. The sweet selection was massive but almost all carbohydrates. Positives are far too many to mention, so clean and great staff. We will be back, but please curb the smokers!
