Apartamentos Santa Rosa

Basic but very very nice, spotlessly clean and lovely staff. Layout of apartments, inside & out is so nice! Pool was cold but clean and refreshing. We asked for airco since not all apartments have it! Taxi to main square was less than €4 Breakfast bought at pool bar is basic but cooked freshly

Sloppy cleaners miserable staff.. I asked for a special request as this was a poignant visit for the loss of our beautiful son to my birthday . Was willing to pay ..it was n9t fulfilled. Rubbish view Dreadful cleaners..had t9 ask for minimal things such as toilet rolls and towels ... exhausting If your looking for quality you will NOT find it here It's basic tatty and disappointing Will absolutly NOT return

Stopped at the Santa Rosa at the end of October with my 3 children aged 10,14 &16 Our room was nice and modern and was cleaned regularly, other than a couple of days where the cleaners don’t attend, reception happily provided clean towels on those days which was good. However, and this is a real shame, one of my hoodies went missing whilst we were staying here. It was one that I wore whilst travelling over and it was hung up ready to be worn home but was nowhere to be seen on the day of checking out. I know the hotel cannot be held totally accountable for something like this happening but it is most disappointing and is something that’s happened to me before in the canaries. The food was nice but a bit more variety would have been nice in the evenings, maybe themed nights, but certainly not the worst food I’ve eaten. The pool had been mentioned by others and it’s true, it is cold. Probably not an issue in the peak summer but at the end of October it was too cold and rarely had more than a handful of people in. There was never any issue with getting sun beds though which was a relief and the pool area is well laid out and doesn’t in anyway feel crowded. There’s plenty to do at the Santa Rosa such as bowling, Padel tennis etc although the mini golf is run down and would benefit from an upgrade. So a nice week was had and I would describe this as good rather than average or very good so it would be 3.5 stars for me. Costa Teguise itself is a nice resort and somewhere I would return to.

Santa Rosa was a really nice resort . We had a Superior room (ie with Air Con) and a Lovely large balcony overlooking the pools. Very clean and very nice staff all of whom greeted you with a smile. A pleasant walk (max 1 mile) to the main resort square - good location.

We have just returned from a weeks stay at the Santa Rosa, lovely place to stay however there were a couple of issues, we had 2 apartments situated near the pool (Rooms 1044 & 1045) upon arrival at 10.30am I wasn’t happy that we were told we couldn’t check in till 2pm so after travelling from 2am we had to store our luggage and sit round the pool in our travelling clothes which wasn’t great as it was hot and not the best start for 4 teenagers that were tired and bored. Went to reception at 2pm to be told that only one room was ready and to come back at 2.30 for the second room key. Couldn’t open the bedroom window due to building work going on right outside. Other than that the rooms were well equipped, spacious and clean, great WiFi (which kept the kids happy as the tv was a smart tv) The staff were friendly. Decent swimming pools and Plenty of sun loungers so no need to stick the towels down early! Great location to the town and plenty of food and drink places within walking distance to the hotel. Pool bar had a good range of drinks and bar snacks, however it did close quite early on the evening so no good if you wanted a couple of drinks. Would definitely go back however taking a later flight so that we aren’t waiting around for the rooms.
