The location of the hotel is amazing, it is right in front of the sea with all the rooms in that direction. Inside it has a kind of pond with plants and sofas, where you can rest and disconnect, in addition to having performances at night. The rooms are quite good, we had one with two beds and that is something we did not like. I totally recommend it.

Fantastic hotel ,had booked adapted rooms by mistake so just paid a bit extra when I got there to change we were AL but ate out in the evenings, room cleaned every or every other day ,loved the bar area ,hotel was in a good location for everything will definitely return

The design of the hotel is very impressive particularly if one looks up from the central bar area. It ensures that all rooms look out to the sea and that they are never in the shadow. The rooms are cleaned and beds made daily ( we did not feel that this was necessary and placed a note on the door). There are an extensive range of facilities and a map showing where they all are would help ( we did not find the crazy golf until near the end of the holiday. I have never been in an outdoor pool that was so warm as it was kept at 30: whilst we were there. Finding a sun bed can be a problem if you leave it until late morning but we usually managed it. Despite the hotel being busy there was never a problem in the dining room finding a table and no crowding in the serving areas. There was a wide range of food and one could always find something to suite your taste my main problem was I could not resist trying the different types. I have never been in a hotel where the waiters walked so fast. My only minor complaint was that when signing for drinks there was no indication of the cost however when paying at check out, the prices were not expensive. All staff were friendly and attentive and I would come again.

Staying there right now and a really nice hotel, room is clean and big looking over the pools and a bay at the sea. I have another week to go loving it so far. The only reason it's not 5 star review is a political one from management probably, one person is only allowed 2 drinks at a time and they are seemingly getting watched by camera which is poor,got to get up early for a decent sunbed and the food is ok you will always get something from

Where do I start. First visit definitely won’t be the last. What a spectacular hotel. Inside you feel like you are in the tropical outdoors. Every room has a sea view . Impressive as you enter the reception and the rooms are spacious. We were on the 2nd floor lovely view. Food was fabulous lots of selection and amazing chefs. Even the fussiest eater would find something here. Loved the salads and really enjoyed the duck, lamb and steak. Big eating area and service first class - waiting staff were with you as soon as you sat down for your drink order. I had my first taste of sangria! Beautiful. Lovely crazy golf ( the volcano hole is hard) and putting. Animation team great and friendly but not over the top. Enjoyed the shooting ( when I managed to hit the target ) lots of laughs. Bar great on an evening- entertainment varied and quality of drinks good. Loved the revolving seating area and plenty of tables. Nicely placed for the beach promenade and shops. Pools nice and loungers were plentiful but would benefit from stopping people rushing down to reserve with towels as even in October people were putting towels on from 6.45. We always got one after 1pm. All staff friendly and the place is so clean. I have come home and already pricing this up for next year the first time I have ever wanted to return to the same hotel. Congratulations to management and staff you have a near perfect hotel.

This hotel is lovely, the rooms are great (floor 4 superior room) with private balcony and amazing views. Food great lots for everyone lwith good choice. Good for vegetarians but lots not labelled so just dont eat them in case brilliant choice for meat eaters. Breakfast is particularly good. Love the bar in the beautiful atrium bar with rotating seating. I would say the only negative for this hotel is the lack of sun loungers all taken early on by the usual towels on and noone to be seen. This seems to be a problem everywhere however there appears to be lots more room others could be placed round the pool its such a shame! There is plenty of other seating just not loungers to relax on. All staff friendly and helpful and service at bar quick.

Wonderful hotel a place you want to go again. The food is excellent, The entertainment in the hotel is 2nd to none . Also I must recommend the cocktail bar some wonderful cocktails on offer. I definitely recommend the hotel and resort. The rooms are special and the views are spectacular of the sea.

So sad to say this last visit was very dissappointing.Having visited twice yearly, May and October,since 2017 and accepting previous losses such as the birds in thier cage the Terapins in the ponds. This hotel has remained one of our favourites dispite the poor food,but,sad to say the canceling of the outside evening entertainment may be the last straw. We brits come to your lovely Islands to be outside,in the sun, because we can't do that at home. Cheers Ken.
