Stayed there for more than two weeks, a lovely resort with bungalows and apartments in a Canarian style, good services like laundry, animation, several nice pools including a big heated one. Had an apartment on 4th floor with a large terrace and lounge chair - didn’t have to go to pool to get some suntan! The furniture a little outdated but the only big problem- there were lots of sweet ants running around the kitchen, had to have a cleaner to spray the place around. Still, a nice place once this was tackled

I had a wonderful 6 day stay for a friend's birthday. Checkin was super quick. All the staff were really friendly and helpful. The hotel is spotless, such fantastic housekeeping! We stayed in apartment 404 just above the reception area with spectacular views! The room was a little dated but good value for money and very comfy and clean. We found a great selection of food each night and always hot with no queues. I would definitely recommend for young families. Oh and plenty of sunbeds too.

We just returned from a one-week stay at the GF Isabel with my wife and our two young children. We opted for half-board accommodations in a bungalow apartment. Pros: The hotel is nicely located, spacious, and has a charming village-like atmosphere. The three pools were pleasant, and we never had trouble finding loungers. The gym was decent, equipped with enough machines for a good workout. Evening entertainment was enjoyable and kid-friendly, offering plenty of variety. Additionally, the table service for drinks was quick and efficient. Cons: My main complaint is the food, which was likely the worst hotel buffet I've experienced. While it wasn't bad, it certainly didn't meet the standard set by other hotels I've visited over the past 30 years. There were no themed nights, limited variety, and generally nothing that was enticing enough for a second plate. Everything felt like a midweek dinner back home. The food at the pool bar was particularly disappointing; we waited 30 minutes for a half-cooked, pre-frozen pizza. As for the drinks, they were hit or miss, depending on who was tending the bar. The mojitos and Aperol spritzes were generally good, but the piña coladas, margaritas, and cosmopolitans we tried were terrible. The staff was professional and efficient, though not particularly friendly. In contrast, the cleaning staff were lovely and always greeted us with a smile and a cheerful "Hola." Overall, while the resort has some nice amenities, I ultimately feel it isn't worth the price tag, and I wouldn't choose to stay here again.

Not the hotel to stay in, if you want a quiet holiday without children. This is a family hotel and there are no adult only areas. So expect kids and families having fun around the pool. Despite this the hotel was fine the rooms we had was self catering with a balcony and a good size. Air con was good. No issues but could be better if one of the pools was designated adults only.

We arrived late and greeted by wonderful reception staff who checked us in quickly and announced that we had the apartment that I had requested, we were then taken to our apartment on a little truck, On arrival at the apartment it was absolutely spotless, Every day the whole hotel is spotlessly cleaned all day, the staff are extremely friendly and most efficient. The food is fantastic there is something for everyone. We will definitely be back, the place has a wonderful charm

Arrived late evening the reception staff are very nice and welcoming. The hotel left out food which I thought was nice after a long day travelling. We made our way to the bungalow 511 which was up 2 flights of stairs with suitcases. However we later found there was an elevator hidden in a corner from the stairs. First impressions of bungalow: There was no blocked off terrace just a table and four chairs sitting on uneven cobbles outside the sliding windows of the bungalow. We faced towards a metal door which banged most mornings and evenings by the hotel staff. If we sat out for a quiet drink or chat we couldn’t get privacy as the staff were coming and going for their work. Also as it wasn’t blocked off it was just a walkway with dirty cobbles. The room: First impression looked old needs a refurbishment. The bed wasn’t comfortable and as its 2 beds joined together my husband had to watch he didn’t fall between them as the wheels moved. There is no socket beside either bed which my husband needed for his sleep apnea machine. After speaking to the lady at reception she kindly gave us an extension to use during our stay. The restaurant: Very busy slightly chaotic Staff friendly food choices were good but trying to find everything took a while. Evening meal food was ok if you wanted water you had to pay 2,60 euros prices for alcohol were not cheap. The restaurant has no air conditioning so it’s gets very warm The bar area is very warm no air conditioning or fans on the roof which makes it too uncomfortable to sit too long. The kids entertainment starts at 8pm so if your unlucky to still be eating in the restaurant it’s very loud and annoying as it’s right beside the restaurant. I’d say it’s more for families as there was kids stuff on day and night The hotel is on a slight hill so if you struggle to walk far I’d advise a scooter or go to another hotel.

When we checked in the receptionist was very pleasant and explained everything. The hotel is made to look like an old Spanish village. Most of rooms are in bungalows with a private garden. There is a lot of walking to get to reception and dining room not for the infirm or elderly. The hotel is mainly families and the animation team are brilliant with plenty of activities. What lets it down for me is rooms are clean but need refreshed .many of the staircases are needing cemented. The dining room is very busy and warm inside ,plenty of selection but quality is not good.Large selection of salad but no cold meats to go with it .No themed nights and drinks are very expensive.

Travelled with our 14m old for a family holiday. Pros -20 min from airport -Great location - 10 min walk (down/up hill) to/from beach, shops, restaurants. -Good supermarket next door, pharmacy etc. -Everything brilliantly clean -Food at buffet always very hot -Staff are friendly, welcoming and great with kids -Bed is comfy -drinks are strong! -multiple pools, can always find a sunbed -great facilities for kids/toddlers - soft play, ball pit, 2x playgrounds, splash pool with slides Cons -Rooms are incredibly tired and dated. Functional yes, but they really need remodelling. Eg The bath tub has been painted (badly) and feels very unclean. -only 4 plug sockets in the whole apartment. That only work when the lights are on? Had to unscrew some lightbulbs to be able to charge things overnight. -wouldn’t bother with all inclusive. It’s handy with a toddler, but food is not varied and tastes average. Would recommend B&B especially with kitchenette in room and supermarket / restaurants near by, it’s much nicer to go out and very reasonably priced -as all inclusive you get smaller glasses for drinks and only soft drinks from a tap vs glass bottle Coke etc. surely we’ve still paid for it all? -no air con in any communal areas, eg kids club, restaurant (gets very hot in there, no option to eat outside only at breakfast) -lifeguards, pointless - they just sit on their phone all day and never actually watch the pool Overall, nice hotel and good facilities. Rooms massively let it down. Don’t think they represent a 4 star hotel.

I visited this hotel with my partner and 5y old we opted for all inclusive basis it was very clean, spacious, food was nice bit of everything and hot. Wherever you looked a cleaner was cleaning staff couldn’t do enough for you. I think the bad reviews are harsh myself and partner are really fussy and we couldn’t fault it. My son didn’t want to leave! Entertainment was good, kids area was great bouncy castle, kids pool etc… we have nothing negative to say about it already looking for next year.
