Hovima Panorama

All the staff were always welcoming and polite, the Receptionists were fantastic and exceeded our expectations when we raised queries with them i.e. directions, Taxis, checkouts. The only thing we could point our for improvement was our shower as it was temperamental, it was challenging to get a consistent temperature and pillows could have been a bit firmer. Other than that we will definitely stay again when in Tenerife.

This hotel was recommended to us by friends and did not disappoint. Our first time in Tenerife and this hotel is so well located, in the middle of everything but in a quiet little spot just set back from the sea. We had a 1 bed apartment which was perfect for our family of four, very clean and had everything we needed. The pool was lovely and there is a great poolside bar for drinks, lunches etc. We were half board and were allowed to swap evening meals for lunches if we asked at reception in advance. We were within easy walking distance to the Siam Water park as well as all the bars and restaurants - we enjoyed Sky Bar, Marios, Seahorse. Colala and found them all to have really friendly service and great value for money. A perfect and relaxing winter sun break, we will definitely be back.

Fabulous hotel, we chose a studio apartment which was lovely, beds/pillows great, had a bath as well as a shower, we were there for 3 wks and apart from a few days of the school holidays it was really very peaceful. The food was ok. The staff were all so friendly and helpful - very impressed. The only downside was that it was at the bottom of a hill which could be hard going some days especially with heat, that said you could use the coast path/prom.

We have just spent a month at the Hotel Panorama. We have stayed here many times before. It is perfect for us! The hotel is in an ideal position - close to the seafront and port as well as having a handy supermarket nearby and a shopping centre a short walk away. It is also ideally positioned close to bus routes with plentiful connections to all areas of the island. There is a huge choice of bars and restaurants nearby. The hotel staff are fantastic! Many have been working there for years and the service they give is excellent! The hotel itself is spotless and maintained to a very high standard. We thoroughly recommend it!

Overall good experience but could have been better. m..We have arrived on Friday and significant difference we have noticed in the taste of the food. over the weekend the food was faultless and then suddenly it has changed to tasteless and not good variety option wise. our personal opinion was that they may have change of the chef or staff in the kitchen as it looked like it was completely different to what we have experienced initially making us actually to go out and eat in the nearby restaurants while we were half way through our stay. The pool is well maintained and if people were reserving sunbeds for half a day this was dealt with appropriately and as it should by the lifeguards. Good practice demonstrated by the hotel in managing this situation. Bathroom/ shower mainly was a bit dated to our liking. The hotel facilities and environment is well maintained, super clean and staff ... we just can not praise them enough, bar staff Miguel and Sandra were exceptional. We have never experienced such a friendly and welcoming staff. They are just a joy to be around. If you hire a car be aware that the car park space is limited outside the hotel but they have some garage spaces for £11 per day charge which is reasonable comparing to the local parking charges. Location of the hotel is superb and lots of walking paths to enjoy the views. To our liking we recommend this hotel for couples or like we did with teenage daughter if you are looking for piece and quiet and don't like busy and crowded spaces in the hotel. If we ever go back I will be taking the room with a sea view and self catering option.

Our third stay at Hovima Panorama. An excellent all round hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff. Very clean rooms, plenty of sunbeds around the pool. If you like a small quiet hotel, this is the place for you. We hope to return again next February.
