Now where do I start. After seeing the reviews we were expecting the worst. To be fair we have mixed feelings about here. We contacted them before hand and asked for a higher floor. They kindly gave us a room in block D on the 3rd floor. Every time we felt negative, we just went out on our good sized balcony and watched the view. We saw some amazing sunsets. Good points 1) Free safe 2) Great sized balcony with fab views 3) Heated mirror in the bathroom that meant my husband didn't need to wait for the steam to disperse to have a shave 4) Decent utensils in the room and a good size 5) Really friendly staff, especially the cleaners - make the effort to say hello in Spanish and it goes a long way 6) Great location Bad points 1) You had to pay 10 euros for the TV remote - you do get it back at the end, but what a pain 2) Rooms only cleaned every two days, and that was just a bed linen and towel change, plus bins emptied. Very little other cleaning done. They didn't clean the shower nor round the sink 3) Hardly any storage space. We were only 2 and I do take extra hangers with me, but we still struggled to store items 4) The left a lot to be desired. Hardly any variety. 1 fish, 1 meat and 1 veggie. The same desserts at both lunch and dinner. Breakfast was the best bit. We mostly ate out. 5) The sunbeds were a nightmare to lie on, they all looked past their best 6) The pool was freezing and looked dirty all the time because of broken tiles Whilst there were a lot of negatives here, we wouldn't completely rule it out. We just know we would only go B&B, eat out and be prepared for what you get. If we didn't have a higher floor with a view, we probably would have felt more negatively.

All look nice and clean un till we went to sleep the Room was infested with bed bugs on our first night after moving room 3 times we just couldn’t relax we were shattered our luggage had to stay on the balcony incase they got in them. food not much of a selection we just ate chips and I’m not a fussy eater had to pay extra for slushes and ice creams even tho we was all inclusive ate out every night.

Lovely apartments Lovely apartments. In a prime location near shops bars etc. We stayed all inclusive and wouldn't recommend it as food poor and drinks around the pool were diluted. But would return to apartments.

This hotel is in a fantastic location, unfortunately that the only good part. Hotel is needing a lot of upkeep to bring it up to standard. Room’s need lick of paint and proper clean, walkway’s have many broken tiles and the pool area is very poor standard. Will avoid this hotel in the future.

Honestly if you are booking a budget family holiday this is the place to book! Good things: The rooms are great and quite spacious I had a pool/sea view Rooms come with the basic necessities (kitchen with a oven, kettle, toaster and fridge) The staff are very friendly and helpful Rooms get cleaned every 2 days (they change bedding and sweep up ect, they don’t always mop. Pools are great they are big and there are 2 of them one for the kids and the other for everyone Plenty of sun-beds Bar is decent if you are booking all inclusive Location is spot on, right in the centre of Costa Adeje and over the road from Aqualand also just a short 10 minute walk to the beach Bad things can be quite expensive if you book half board or self catering. Rooms aren’t deep cleaned and there is a lot of dust Not many shelves to store loose items ect Safe isn’t massive To pretty basic and no hdmi slots Pretty poor entertainment Food gets repetitive and the quality is mid at best Final summary If you are only staying for a week then it is a good little hotel and if you are not planning on staying there for the whole day then it’s fine, however if you are looking for a hotel where you can stay there all day I don’t think this is the one as it can also be quite noisy in the day with the loud music they play at the pool, but with all things said it is a pretty nice hotel and I would defiantly recommend it to anyone planning on staying in the Costa Adeje area

Absolutely disgusting!! Would not stay here again and would not recommend!! There was p*ss stains on the bedding and it smelt of wee. Dirty underwear found under mattress too. Staff were dismissive. Food was horrible, utensils are not clean.
