Très bel hôtel, proche de la plage et des restaurants. Chambres spacieuses avec terrasse avec vue sur mer (dans notre cas), pratique pour prendre l'apéro ;-). Très propre, point d'attention pour les maîtres des petits chiens qui parfois, ne se contiennent pas dans les allées (mais les équipes de nettoyage sont à l'œuvre et rapide...) Buffet déjeuner, très bien. En All-in, le point à améliorer est la diversité/variété de la nourriture au buffet. il manque un buffet à thème ( pas eu une seule paella proposée sur la semaine lors des différents services du midi ou du soir). Dommage. Je recommande.

Sehr schöne Anlage, entspannend. Angenehme Unterkunft mit allem nötigstem vorhanden. Umfangreiches Frühstück. Tägliche Zimmerreinigung. Balkon zum entspannen. Poolbar vorhanden, leider keine Snacks für zwischendurch (Tapas, Oliven, Käse…) Tolle Umgebung, großer Sandstrand…

This place is not for children .The food was terrible sweetcorn and chips for children. Pools are freezing cold and very deep Rooms are clean but very basic. Not ideal for elderly due to slopes and steps.Had to ask for clean towels. We were all inclusive and eat twice there.Breakfast was a nightmare waited 20 mins for a table then 10 mins for it to be cleared.Every bit of food was always cold even when it had just been put out. All inclusive is not all inclusive I had to pay for a coffee.Ice lolly’s and ice cream you have to pay for.Dont waste your money going here

This hotel isn’t child friendly, so if you got kids don’t go there, this hotel is false advertisement, tui is advertising it as a 4*, far from a 4* more like a 3*. The food isn’t suitable to kids, this should be an adult only hotel. They’re nothing for kids, no kids entertainment, all the pools are too deep, even for me. I would NOT!!! Recommend this hotel to anybody. We’ve just returned from here, and we will definitely not be returning.

Receptionist amazing , also staff in jardin staff were fantastic. Lovely little find .100% he back next year . Myself & my son loved accommodation and friendly atmosphere. Food was great , pool and area was safe & family friendly. Loving Tenerife ❤️

Excellent location and well presented facility Everything you could need is all around you by staying here. The staff are excellent and do all they can to make sure you have a great holiday. The central location in Adege means you have Beach, bars, restaurants all within a minutes walk. The complex has 2 lovely pools with lots of shady areas under trees etc and there is evening entertainment both inside and locally. If you like space and self catering , its probably as good as you will get anywhere and certainly value for money too

Hola! Sorry for the slightly late review, I did promise to make one! First time being to South Tenerife, and couldn’t have chosen a better place to stay. The whole place, the room (ours was 1099), view & resort is stunning. But what makes it extra special is the staff behind it all. From the receptionists, bar staff, cleaners & the rest, were all so welcoming, helpful & cheerful. You made our holiday! Also, thank you for the birthday cake & bottle! ❤️ See you next year! The apartment was very clean and pleasant, however there was an awful smell coming from the drains in the bathroom. We reported this twice and requested to move, but were told they were fully booked but clearly this was not the case. No air conditioning in the rooms only two fans to move the hot air around, no openable windows in the bedroom or bathroom which did not have ventilation. The all inclusive offer was limited, with snacks, ice cream and coffee latte payable. The poolside areas were clean with limited loungers available, some of the parasols were broken and there was no shaded areas. There was no telephone to call reception, no facilities to accompany the coffee and tea making machines.. The apartment was described as Deluxe Ground Floor Apartment - the apartment was situated on the top of a big slope and steps... not wheelchair or disabled friendly at all. Overall a disappointing stay.

Wir haben in der Zeit vom 3. Oktober in diesem Hotel Urlaub gemacht und möchten zunächst die positiven Aspekte hervorheben. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich, die gesamte Anlage ist ästhetisch ansprechend und schön gestaltet. Die Reinigungskräfte arbeiten ordentlich, und die Zimmer wurden fast täglich gereinigt. Nun zu den negativen Punkten: Wir würden definitiv keinen weiteren Urlaub in diesem Hotel verbringen. Die Anlage ist absolut ungeeignet für Familien mit kleinen Kindern, da sie sehr schmal ist, überall große Steine liegen und der Platz zwischen den Liegen extrem begrenzt ist. Zudem ist das Gelände uneben, was die Bewegungsfreiheit erschwert. Das Essen ist leider eine absolute Zumutung. Es gibt nur eine sehr geringe Auswahl, das Essen ist kalt, hart und kaum genießbar. Außerdem wird jeden Tag dasselbe serviert, was dazu führte, dass wir teilweise außerhalb des Hotels essen mussten, obwohl wir fast 3000 € für All Inclusive gezahlt haben. Zusätzlich sind einige Getränkeautomaten defekt, was den negativen Eindruck noch verstärkte. Aus diesen Gründen werden wir dieses Hotel definitiv nicht noch einmal besuchen.
