The service in this hotel is appallingly poor, especially the front desk's absent-minded and nonchalant attitude in going about their errands. I booked a suite. A man from the intern took me to the room and told me that there were not many people staying in the hotel and it was very empty. I asked if I could check out later, but he said it was impossible. No one can do this for you, not even the manager can give you a late check-out. He has a disgusting face. When I saw him the next day, he was expressionless as if I owed him money, so this hotel I saw almost no other guests. Will never return to this hotel
