What a beautiful hotel with stunning views. Easy 10 minute walk into the main town and a quick drive to most of the cable cars. Only downside is there was no air conditioning in our room so we had to sleep with the windows open - there is lots of construction in the area due to the upcoming olympics in 2026 so it was quiet loud in the mornings but that didn’t ruin our stay! The staff were lovely and the breakfast was nice. The bathroom had been recently updated and had the best hotel blow dryer I have ever used.

Awful customer service, and dishonest. Overchanged us and then would not refund. The team were solely focused on their profits and could not have cared less about a booking error which was not of our making.Agressive service manager would not hear us out . Certainly not what one would expect at these prices. Would never go back

This place is adorable! We had such a cozy room. We wish we had spent more time there. The "feel" of this place was so appropriate for the region. The staff was very nice-- gave us advise of places to stop, restaurants to eat. There's such a romantic restaurant on the property! Like a dream! Other vacationers told us that their spa was fantastic, although we didn't have a chance to indulge. Hotel Columbia was just a few minutes from the gondola with the most amazing views!!! There's a restaurant mere yards from the hotel which was an enjoyable experience. I recommend this hotel.

Personale molto cordiale, disponibili, ottimo servizio spa, camere spaziose arredate in perfetto stile di montagna e colazione ricca di prodotti tipici. Posizionato a pochi passi dal centro, consigliatissimo, speriamo di tornare presto.

- the reception staff at check-in were very courteous, helpful and with a smile. - Breakfast staff sulky and not particularly polite... they were probably annoyed because I arrived for breakfast at 9.50 when it closed at 10.00. Regardless, it is unacceptable to hear any comments from the service staff. - 80's bed so small it's enough for a child - Tiny and superficially clean bathroom. I found long black hair on both the sink and the hairdryer... disgusting! - Breakfast made entirely of packaged products and with very little homemade. This hotel helps convince me that the standard of Cortina is really low. For the same amount in Austria in Kitzbuhel I stay in hotels of a completely different standard. NEVER AGAIN!

My experience was negative. I had a single room with a long, narrow bathroom where you couldn't move. The bed was uncomfortable. When I asked to change rooms, the staff and owner were rude and unhelpful.

We loves our one week stay here. Rooms were old fashioned but bathrooms are new and big. All areas were clean, beds very comfortable. Location is also great, 10minutes walk to the centre. Breakfast delicious. For me rooms lack kettles in it to make coffee or tea, on the other hand staff was exceptional and always took care to make tea any time we wantd.
