地處一個寧靜的小山村裡，但是因為在山裡，所以道路很崎嶇狹小。地址也很難找，村裡衹有一個很小的路牌標誌，我們開頭都迷路了。打電話到前台也沒人接，最後還是問了路人才找到這家酒店的入口。
酒店曾經是神父的住所，大堂裝修得是蠻有特色的，房間也很寬敞，景觀很美。但是暖氣開得很小，在我們請求把暖氣開大一些之後，他們把它調高了一個攝氏度，可是還是很冷。酒店餐廳週一不提供餐食服務（除了早餐），我們不得不在開了一天🚌後，大冷天出去晚餐。雖然這在法國是很普遍的（就是每週都有一兩天餐廳不營業），但如果在網站上標明那麼將會讓消費者可以有一個選擇，至少可以提前自備或者選擇其他酒店。
入住的第二天正好是新年前夜，酒店的餐廳對外開放都訂滿了，導致我們無法在自己下榻的酒店餐廳用餐。雖然酒店經理聲稱曾經嘗試打我的電話告知，但我的確從未接過他的電話。酒店的餐廳本應該優先服務酒店裡的客人，這是消費者訂酒店的原因之一，現在酒店為了自己餐廳的營業額而對外開放，導致入住酒店的客人無法用餐。雖然酒店經理最後幫忙從酒店外訂餐，我們最終在自己房間裏用了外賣晚餐，但這畢竟與在餐廳用餐的感受完全不同。
退房時前台屢次算錯了帳，不是多算了錢就是漏算了一瓶酒。還是在我提醒之下，她才補上的。酒店餐飲標價都是税前價。
必須承認酒店經理和大堂女士還是很禮貌，這點值得稱讚。但如果我是經理，會至少送一個
份甜點或者一個頭盤來安撫客人無法在酒店用餐的損失的，可惜他沒有這麼做，這有些令人失望。
