Had an absolutely lovely week here. We have previously stayed at arena beach sk thought we'd try arena suite this time. We are a family of 4 (5 and 2 year old) I would say it's geared more to adults than children but we did know that when booking. As we knew the area we knew there was a beach in walking distance and a park. Reception quick and easy out room was spotless and big enough for the 4 of us. Cleaned daily to a high standard and clean towels. The hotel is lovely and clean in all aspects. Restaurant is lovely we sat outside every meal as it has a roof. Plenty to eat and choose from. Plenty of fruit which I like to see! We all found something. Food could be a little warmer but no different to other all inclusive. The drinks system works great. You pay 1euro for a plastic cup round the pool and swap for a clean one as and when. Just return at end of your holiday. It was great as there was no rubbish or cups left everywhere which kept the pool area clean which we really liked. You could bring your own cups which people did use. Gym is great and in good clean condition. Pools are clean the middle pool is warm but is deep! 160 cm I believe is the shallowest part and can only get on with metal steps. The kids pool unfortunately isn't warmed which is such a shame as our 2 year old would have played all day. Maybe for future it could be heated? We would definitely come back as it ticked alot of boxes for us!

On arrival the reception gent was great brilliant english,then we went to our room but unfortunately there was no lift as we were on first floor so we struggled with our cases,the room was lovely and clean but we did request extra pillows and they were there next day.The fridge did have water in but it's not replenished every day but you can fill your bottles up at the resturant.The food was ok but not very warm,choice was quite good.All the staff very friendly and helpful,the entertainment at night was not great,overall we had a lovely time and made the most of it.we did try every cocktail on the menu can highly recommend pina colarda 🤣🤣

Arrived and staff where welcoming, room was a good size but we had to wait an hour for the room to be ready, then we were put in the block with no sun front or back 🫣 when I asked if we could have a sunnier apartment they said no I should have requested it on the booking but there were plenty of empty rooms. The food i would rate a 2* at best, food was cold and the sliced bread had mold on it and when we brought it to the staffs attention they didn't even remove it and the drink was tasteless, this should be a bed and breakfast at best. The squash facilities are an accident waiting to happen and it did and where do I start with the entertainment 😱 all i can say is shocking!!!! Shocking!!!! Shocking!!!!

A good stay think what tip the balance for us they are nice rooms it's a small complex but our stay was enjoyable would visit again if the price was right it's not too far from a centre with shops and bars and the beach not far away good position town about 20 minutes walk

The hotel is small and easy to navigate round, the staff are excellent!! So friendly and happy at there work Rooms cleaned every day Place is spotlessly clean Food is good and the resturant is so relaxing Entertainment every night I must comment on the work ethic of the Hungarian waitress jannette in the resturant I have to take my hat off to her for her work ethic , she covers every inch of the resturant making sure it is cleaned At all times and I told her so) She takes such pride in her work and it clearly shows she enjoys her job She is an asset to this hotel and deserves to be promoted to catering /resturant manager I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this hotel for all the above reasons Plus it is pretty central for shops and the beach If you don’t want to walk It’s around £5.00 in a taxi to the main *****

Waren dort im Nov 24 zum Kite Festival. Sehr gutes Hotel und freundliches Personal. Einzig die Hellhörigkeit des Gebäudes abends fiel negativ auf. Hatten " all inclusive ". gebucht. Sehr gutes Essen und große Auswahl. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen. Werden wieder kommen.

Un hôtel calme avec une clientèle 100 % anglaise. La nourriture c'est pas top mais il y a toujours de quoi manger. Les deux piscines son chauffées. A l'accueil personne ne parle français.

Still at the hotel, for what you pay it is what it is , drinks are ok entertainment also ok, the food is also ok( the pizza is amazing) Animation lad don't know his name is brilliant really made me and my partner laugh with his energetic dancing. The reason for the 4 out of 5 and not the 5 is the staff In the bars and restaurants most of them are so miserable. I went into the restaurant one night and they rolled their eyes as it was closing in 15 mins I only wanted a slice of the pizza and I was going to leave. Rooms are clean, modern and well equipped. Honestly the only thing that let this place down was some of the miserable staff. Working in tourism myself over 10 years i do find this unacceptable hotel need to have word with them it doesn't take much to crack a smile.
