The hotel is around 30mins from the airport.
Room was nice and tidy - premium junior suite
Nice infinity pool on the roof.
Food was amazing, there was something different everyday.
I highly recommend and will stay again.

Really enjoyed our February stay in room 3215 (zensation section -superior junior suite) Hotel within walking distance of main ***** (15 mins) but a few bars and shops closer by. Our room was lovely and quiet, overlooking the pool but with trees that gave privacy and beds were very comfy. Sink needs replacing but we didn’t mention it as still functional and presume they already knew. Only thing we would have liked would have been the hairdryer in the main room and a mirror too, as meant it was too steamy to see as in bathroom and makes it harder to navigate getting ready if you need to dry hair. A minor point really but would have made it easier as a mum and daughter holiday , both with hair styling needs! Fridge in room super handy and plenty of wardrobe space. Enjoyed the food (half board) which included basic drinks too with meals and the steak in the a la carte restaurant was exceptional as was our waiter….his first day and he was great! Rooftop pool is lovely with a great view ….but daughter preferred the regular pool as not as windy. I didn’t find the pools too cold even though February and they are unheated….i thought they were refreshing. Always managed to get a sunbed, even half way through the day Staff were friendly, efficient, and professional. Would return to Playa Park Zensation in the future. Thanks for a lovely stay. Gracias! We stayed 4 nights at the hotel and as a party of 5 we shared 2 rooms. This is a fairly small resort and everywhere is meticulously clean. All the rooms face inwards towards the pool area in the centre of the hotel. The junior suite rooms were very spacious with a separate area for the double sofa bed and two single beds pushed together in the main room. Plug sockets with build in USB sockets came in handy along with a free to use safe. Food in the main restaurant is nice, not as large a selection as some buffets we've been to but ample for the size of the resort and we always found something. Some reviews have mentioned food being not on the warm side but we didn't have issue and no different to any other hotels. We ate one evening in the premium restaurant as it was included for one night. It's a sort of hybrid buffet and cooked to order service where you can choose food off a buffet or have steak, salmon and pasta cooked for you. It's certainly less busy in this restaurant and makes a nice change to have a more leisurely dinner. There is an infinity pool that wasn't included in our package (but is for some) that was 10 euros a day and we visited it once. Nice views and worth a trip but definitely quieter than the main pool. No issues finding sunbeds on any days. Best of all though was the entertainment, with the brilliant Gino constantly encouraging us to get involved with games during the day and then somehow managing to get us involved in the nighttime entertainment. Gino and the rest of the team gave us some fond memories to look back on. Overall a great hotel, clean with friendly staff. Small and quiet if you want relaxation or fun if you feel like joining in!

Just back today and had to come here to say thank you we loved the hotel , the staff were all lovely, food was always plentiful and the entertainment was great, my only complaint is i wish i could move it more into the centre but that won’t put us off returning , we booked half board but upgraded to AI once there for an extra €15 per person per day which was excellent value , thanks again everyone at playa park

Fab hotel, very clean, good entertainment, live music was on 5 nights.out of 7, magician and acrobats on the other nights as well as quiz and bingo every night. Great rooms, always able to get a sunbed
