Aldo , Lorenzo, Gaia, Lara e Marco la migliore compagnia che potevamo trovare in questa vacanza...ragazzi giovani pieni di vita e di qualità che a volte dimentichiamo nei nostri giovani...non ti fanno mai sentire soli ma senza insistenza...ottimo anche il servizio bar ristorante ..Sara fantastica...Sabrina e non ricordo i nomi degli altri perché giustamente in vacanza si beve....lascio qui un pezzo di cuore...consiglio a tutti questo posto ma soprattutto questi ragazzi fantastici che troveremo sicuramente in altre parti del mondo dove realizzeranno i loro sogni Grazie di tutto ❤️❤️❤️🙏🏝🏝🏝❤️❤️❤️

From the start of our arrival at the hotel, the reception staff were so welcoming and friendly. So impressed with our accommodation, it was very spacious with plenty of storage. Wide selection of tasty food. The whole complex was kept so clean and tidy. I would totally recommend this hotel and would not hesitate to return.

Trovo veramente strano che tante recensioni dicano che la cucina è ottima. Io l'ho trovata veramente di pessima qualità (a causa di prodotti di scarsa qualità). Da Alpitour mi aspettavo ( e ricordavo ) tutt'altro. La struttura ha di positivo solo la posizione, comoda come base di appoggio per le escursioni. Io le ho fatte in autonomia quindi non posso dare un giudizio su quelle organizzate da Alpitour. Il villaggio avrebbe bisogno di un po' di manutenzione, le camere hanno tutto quello che serve, anche se un miglior impegno nella pulizia farebbe piacere. I ragazzi dell'animazione sono sempre sorridenti e simpatici ma (non è colpa loro) non hanno esperienza di intrattenimento, soprattutto quello serale. Il mio giudizio non è totalmente negativo, consiglio però di curare molto di più la qualità dei prodotti alimentari, così non va bene, è peggio delle peggiori mense aziendali !!!

La struttura è nel centro del paese, vicino a negozi e al porto. Ottima base per escursioni al nord e all'isola di Lobos (da non perdere!). Non abbiamo utilizzato i tour proposti dalla struttura, pur interessanti, ma abbiamo noleggiato un'auto e preso autobus pubblici, comodi e puntuali. L'hotel è ben gestito, di dimensioni vivibili , non sovraffollato (siamo in dicembre). Il cibo del ristorante è molto vario e ben curato. Ottime e abbondanti verdure sempre freschissime come pure la frutta. Sempre presenti carne, pesce, paella e pizza. Personale preparato e disponibile, sorridente e cordiale, sia in reception che in sala e animazione. La pulizia delle parti comuni è meticolosa mentre è molto da migliorare quella della camera, troppo sbrigativa. Il divano letto del soggiorno è scomodissimo con un materasso improponibile e inadeguato al livello della struttura. Da ultimo l'all- inclusive sugli alcoolici può favorire l'abuso (inglesi, irlandesi e tedeschi bevevano come non ci fosse un domani). Forse si potrebbe pensare a un limite massimo di cocktail e/o alcolici a persona a serata.

This place is fantastic, we have been several times and will be returning. Two minute walk to the main *****, what more can you ask for? The staff are brilliant, ALL of them, nothing is a bother to them, always smiling and talking to you, it would be unfair to single people out because every one of them are stars.

Outstanding staff. Warm, welcoming and attentive. Great location close to all resort facilities but quiet at night. We asked for a room in a quiet location and that’s exactly what we got. All areas are spotless and room was cleaned daily. Food was good with plenty of choice and every meal time. Lots of fresh produce and healthy choices along with a wide variety of irresistible sweet treats. Themed evenings and drinks on arrival which is a lovely touch.

Great location. Beautiful pool area. Clean, tidy rooms and fantastic staff, always friendly and nothing was a problem. They went that extra mile. Would have given 5 stars but the food was repetitive and often bland. Fun was had watching the queue at the pool waiting to grab the beds at nine o'clock once the pool was opened.

L'hotel è risultato adeguato alle nostre aspettative, pulito e ben tenuto. Ci siamo trovati bene anche con il personale che si è dimostrato sempre gentile e disponibile. Unica pecca per noi italiani i letti divisi nella camera matrimoniale.

Hotel in posizione strategica, personale gentile e competente . Struttura molto pulita. Cibo abbondante e abbastanza vario. Animazione Alpitour, forse per la loro giovane età, non molto presente e con spettacoli deludenti e fatti fare agli ospiti.
