Hyatt Place Corpus Christi

We came to visit TAMUCC. We rented a double queen with a sleeper sofa. The room was very clean and comfortable. Plenty of room for my family of four. We had plenty of towels and they were actually soft, and the shower was roomy. The beds were a little hard, but that's to be expected. The flooring is not carpet, which is good, because I think it would be really gross with everyone tracking sand in, but our socks were brown by the time we left two days later. We will definitely look at this hotel again. But note that the breakfast is horrible. We ate breakfast there one morning of the two that we stayed. The scrambled eggs are powdered and, I'm not even kidding, were square-shaped and flavorless. Adding salt, pepper and salsa didn't help. They also had sausages, toast you can heat up and a yogurt bar with plain yogurt, berries and cottage cheese. I do have to say the berries were moldy. I looked at the breakfast on the way out to get my family something to eat the following day, and they had sausage patties, biscuits and gravy and the same horrible eggs. I'd make a mental note to find breakfast somewhere else and add that to your budget.

There’s was mold in the room. They try to hide the falling wallpaper by using tacks to secure the walls. Had plug in saying do not remove. They try to hid something and unfortunately the wallpaper falling down shows their true colors. Was ask to move to another room. Said sorry we are full. They knew about the issue in the room and still allowed us to stay in there.

I am going to move to a different hotel. I have answered several of these surveys and even talked to person at front desk. YOU ROOM FLOORS ARE DIRTY

This is a very nice place to stay. Safe, clean and easy to find. Friendly staff and very comfy beds, with room to move around! Restaurants close by.

We love to go to Port Aransas but we don't stay in PA. We rather stay in this very clean hotel in Corpus Christy

I was very pleased with what I paid to what I got! Close to many locations in the city and drive-way was very easy to enter and exit!

Except the breakfast options that most of the Hyatt properties are known for, everything was great. Looks like breakfast options at this property were degraded compared to other Hyatt properties.

Elevator had no A/C. Mold in bathroom. No bath towel on arrival. Ice machine broken on our floor. Door was difficult to close.

I have been here 3 time for my kids college. It is the worse Hyatt I ever stay. Rooms looks unsanitary, restrooms door can’t lock. Bedsheets show stains. Elevator no ac and it has b en over 2 months since I last visit. Worse Experience ever at Hyatt
