"Awesome hotel. We had the family room which had 2 double beds and 2 singles. For our family of 5 great. Kids loved the buffet breakfast. Plenty of tuk tuks out front if you want to go into town (5 mins) or airport (20 mins). There is 3 pools. We spent time at a different one each day. We had had a pretty full on trip beforehand so this was the perfect hotel to relax for a bit. Restaurant was good for dinner too. Lots of food options in town too. Good location to get to the port too for any day trips. Highly recommend."

"This hotel was initially a nightmare. I booked 2 rooms through Trip for adults and the kids. Upon arrival, the hotel advised that one of the rooms had been cancelled and we only had one room. All my bookings were still showing in the Trip app so neither myself or Trip had cancelled anything. I contacted Trip and they were excellent and worked very hard, but unsuccessfully to get our room back... It was absolutely peak season and the room had been given to someone else. We were able to book a room Westown 2 nights later so the kids ended up staying at the hotel and us adults, luckily were able to find another hotel for 2 nights and then moved back to Westown hotel. When this issue occurred, I felt we were treated incredibly poorly by the hotel. They made it clear... If you book through a third party booking agency, the issue is with you..not our problem... Considering most of their bookings are probably through third parties, this attitude is poor. Once we moved back into the hotel for the remaining 3 days, the hotel facilities were good. Swimming pools were good. There was a cafe, couple of restaurants, and small gym. Location was 10 mins on a tricycle into the centre of town and there were always tricycles available. A shuttle was available to and from the airport. Negatives were as follows: - Hotel saying we cancelled one of our rooms even though we hadn't. Kids had to stay by themselves in the hotel. - Hotel didn't care less about us because we made the booking through a 3rd party. - Disappointing that probably 50% of the menu foods were not available in the Filipino restaurant while we were there...usual excuse of supplier issues was always given."

"My partner and I were assigned a room located at the very far end of the resort—it felt more like a standalone house than part of the main property. While the seclusion might appeal to some, it quickly became a major inconvenience. Upon arrival, we discovered that the room’s telephone was not working, and mobile signal in the area was extremely weak. Because of this, I had to walk 5–8 minutes just to reach the reception and report the issue. I was told that someone from the Engineering team would fix it. Although they attempted to repair it, the phone remained non-functional, and I was assured it would be replaced the following day. Unfortunately, days passed and nothing was ever done. On our fifth day in Coron, we were involved in a motorbike accident and had to be taken by ambulance to the hospital. We returned to the resort injured and barely able to walk. With the room telephone still not working, I had no choice but to make the long walk to reception again—this time with my arms and legs covered in gauze. To their credit, a staff member did assist me with our food order and even accompanied me back to the room to take our orders from both me and my partner. However, during a separate conversation, I raised my concern about how we could contact the resort in case of emergencies given the lack of mobile signal and the non-functioning telephone. I was then provided with a Viber contact for assistance. What was most disappointing was the lack of urgency and preparedness in addressing a critical issue like the broken telephone—especially considering the room’s distance and poor signal. In situations like ours, even a basic working phone can make a significant difference. The absence of this, combined with the resort’s remote layout, made an already traumatic experience even more difficult. While the place itself is undeniably beautiful, the location and level of service simply did not justify the stay. Unfortunately, this experience has left a lasting negative impression, and we would not consider returning."

"Overall, the hotel was okay and the location was great — everything was close and very convenient. However, there are a few things that could be improved, especially regarding cleanliness and room amenities. In our room, we were given shampoo twice, but there was no shower gel or hand soap. We reported it to the reception, and they said someone would come, but unfortunately no one showed up during the next two nights. Additionally, there was almost no storage space or шкафка/closet, which made it difficult to keep our things organized. The room was also very small. With a few improvements in cleanliness and basic amenities, the hotel experience could be much better."

"This place is amazing, I stayed for 5 nights at the end of my Backpacking trip whilst I was diving for 3 days. The staff are exceptional - nothing is too much trouble. Everything is clean, the food is delicious, the pool is amazing, although a few extra sun loungers wouldn't hurt, and the grounds are beautiful. I loved the little treat they left in my room every evening, they have the little personal details, which set them apart from elsewhere perfected. Probably the best hotel I have ever stayed in. Thank you very much!"
