(I put September, because there is no option of "Haven't Stayed there yet). I made a reservation back at the end of may 2024 (for a stay in February 2025). However, after reading reviews and examining the location, type of neighborhood. I decided this wasn't the place for me on more than one level The managemen'ts response time to inquiries, is AWFUL. It took 4 emails, one text message and one Facebook Messenger message and 4 days later and indication that I would seek legal advice if they didn't get back to me when I finally received an automatic response from their booking system, no apologies no nothing.

Haven't actually been there. I had made a reservation but I needed to cancel it as my travel plans have changed. They sure are quick enough to take your reservation and credit card information but lousy response time when you ask them for anything. I sent them an email almost 3 days ago, asking them to cancel my reservation, sent them a reminder yesterday and no response yet. Not impressed in the least! On this basis alone, I would never reserve with them again!

Fully equipped apartments in an excellent location. The apartment was very clean and had everything you needed. At reception, very friendly at all times, they let us check out later since we had a race and wanted to shower. I will definitely stay at this accommodation again.
