La vista de las habitaciones es lo mejor del hotel, el desayuno bueno pero muy lejos de las habitaciones, el spa bastante bueno y limpio, gimnasio ubicado en spa muy bien equipado, considero que debería incluir la entrada liberada a ****** .

decepcionante.
Es un hotel 5 estrellas, por lo menos asi se catalogan.
1.- No había almohadas en la habitación, insólito
2.- No había caja fuerte, llegaron con una a la hora de hacer el reclamo.
3.- No había control remoto.
4.- Televisor demasiado antiguo, funciona a medias.
5.- Room Servís , realice el pedido y llegaron 1,40 horas después , inaceptable.

Buen hotel
Buen hotel, servicio en general también es bueno, la habitación que usé es amplia pero un poco anticuada, el hotel necesita ir remodelando el mobiliario. Definitivamente deben hacer algo con el ruido del aire acondicionado, es muy fuerte e impide descansar bien de noche, y el entorno es un poco ruidoso también.

Tiene todo para ser el mejor
La gente de recepción no es muy amable en su trato, a excepción de una de ellas, que lamentablemente no recuerdo su nombre, pero estaba en turno del último día de mi estadía.
Mi habitación no tenía citófono ni caja de seguridad, no hubo una predisposición inmediata a resolver mi problema, tuve que exigir cambio de habitación, a lo cual finalmente accedieron. Me sorprende que al ser un hotel 5 estrellas no hacen sentir al pasajero como corresponde, me tocó ver situaciones de reclamo de otros pasajeros con el mismo trato.
Las camas y la habitación en general muy cómodas, la vista increíble al mar.
El desayuno, esperaba mas, el primer día muy básico, con detalles como por ejemplo que huevos estuvieran fríos por no contar con un recipiente tapado, segundo día hubo mas variedad. Tiene todo para ser un hotel increíble en su condición de 5 estrellas, pero depende sólo dep personal a cargo.

Decepcionante
Insólito que diga piscina temperada con agua a 23 grados helada y no usable!…. Limpieza excelente servicio desayuno excelente (dada la pandemia), pero servicio de botones PÉSIMO, no atinan ni ayudan están sobrando muy mala atención, respecto de recepción por ahí inconvenientes varios de falla cable y etc respuestas pueriles y evidentemente falsas tipo “ mejóral”… no solucionan ni ayudan…. Baños viejos limpios pero desagües tapados intentaron reparar pero no funcionan

El Hotel Enjoy tiene muy buenas instalaciones, la habitación nos pareció bastante amplia, cómoda y limpia. La atención fue excelente y los desayunos fueron muy buenos. Algunos comentarios: la taza del baño tenia dificultades para bajar (muy negativo); El area de desayunos estaba muy alejada y era complicado llegar, parecía un laberinto; El ****** tenia muchas maquinas en mantenimiento y lugares cerrados sin considerar la estética del lugar, pocas mesas para sentarse a tomar algo.

Puntos negativos
Nos fue bien, pero esperábamos mucho más, había ruido molesto con el grupo electrógeno, habitación en el piso 11, toallas desgastadas de mal aspecto, dentro de la ducha no había porta utensilios de aseo, desayuno llegaba el agua y la leche helada , el último día con mucho atraso ya que llamamos, quizás no nos lo habrían dado. Y eso que estábamos en Suite.
